This will appeal to anyone who thought ‘The boy, the horse, the mole and the fox’ was a deeply profound read. Now, the book does consist of lots more sentences than the con mentioned above, but don’t let that put you off! Many of the sentences are redundant, meaning you only have to listen to/read the first one and then you can skip the next two or three. But what Charlie Makay fans are really going to love is the sheer number of insipid, meaningless motivational quotes and metaphors and general bollocks which make up so many of the sentences. Honestly, if you’re the kind of person who likes to post ‘inspirational’ quotes with pictures of unrelated attractive celebrities, or beautiful AI pictures of mountains and forests, then this is going to be like crack to you. You’re going to love it. For anyone with half a brain, skip it. I gritted my teeth through 3 hours of this drivel and decided to give up; I have plenty of quality books to read so I’m not going to waste any more time on this one.

In the pantheon of self-help literature, every so often, a book emerges that doesn’t merely float ideas but anchors them in actionable steps. Brian Keane’s "Rewire Your Mindset" is one such book. Channeling the legacy of profound books like "Atomic Habits," Keane doesn't just dwell on theory but takes readers on a journey of practical application.

At its core, "Rewire Your Mindset" is a testament to Keane's vast reservoir of experiences. Unlike many in the self-help genre, Keane doesn't offer vicarious insights; he offers lived wisdom. The difference is palpable as you turn each page, encountering frameworks and strategies that bear the mark of trial, error, and eventual triumph.

The book's charm, however, lies not in its depth alone but in its accessibility. Keane has a knack for distilling complex concepts into digestible nuggets of wisdom. This accessibility ensures that the reader isn't merely a passive consumer but an active participant in the transformative journey.

One of the standout features of the book is its emphasis on mindset frameworks. For Keane, rewiring one's mindset isn't an abstract idea but a structured process. The frameworks he introduces, ranging from goal setting to emotional resilience, are thorough, insightful, and, most importantly, actionable. They serve as both a guide and a toolkit for those willing to venture into the transformative path of mindset realignment.

Comparatively, while "Atomic Habits" laid the groundwork for understanding the nuances of habits and their profound impact on our lives, "Rewire Your Mindset" takes the baton forward. Keane's work is about grounding those insights in real-world applications. He offers readers not just the 'why' but also the 'how'. It's a natural progression from understanding habit formation to mastering the art of mental resilience and growth.

In conclusion, "Rewire Your Mindset" is more than a book; it's a mentor in paperback form. For those on the precipice of change, feeling the weight of stagnation, or simply seeking to amplify their mental game, Keane’s insights are a beacon. It’s a book that promises transformation and, under Keane's astute guidance, delivers it in spades.

I can't stop telling people about your book.

Amazing read that resonated highly with me. I learnt so much from it and my new saying is 'tell me what you do everyday and i 'll tell you where you'll be in a year'. I find it so motivating as I realise it's up to me where i direct my life. You have given many inspiring useful lessons in your book. I love the analogy of the ladders. I was fearful that having my ladder near the top of the wrong wall meant I had ruined my life. Now I realise I am at the bottom of the right wall but feel so much better. I now know where i and going. Thank you Brian for your wise words. You have gained a new follower and I am telling both friends and family to start by reading this book. I also listened to my first one of your podcasts this morning. Brilliant, I am hooked😉👏

This was a whole lot of saying the same thing over and over, occasionally in a different way.
The personal anecdotes were pretty much just "well I did it so you can too" but this did not tell you really HOW to do it, it was maybe one or two things TO do and simply just "DO IT"

Also if this man said "tell me what you do every day and I'll tell you where you'll be in a year" omfg.

There is also a fair bit of saying people simply don't do things because of "excuses" - and especially being too tired... There was no caveat of understanding that there are disabled people in the world who really simply just can't and ARE tired.

Very well laid out with each chapter a lesson in itself. As someone who struggles with anxiety there are so many tips in here to help with managing your thoughts and building self confidence. I have so many post it tabs on pages of areas to refer back to, in particular the four quadrants. After reading the rewire fear chapter I'm planning on looking for driving lessons to face my fear of not being able to drive. Would highly recommend to anyone struggling with mindset or those looking to refocus what is important in their life. Definitely one to add to your reading list.

The human mind is very complex, but this book does a great job at simplifying it by breaking down different aspects of how our mind works and explains how to make changes in order to improve your quality of living - for example, accomplishing goals, breaking bad habits, reducing anxiety, etc. Brian uses his real life experiences, a lot of which are relatable and they help with points made in his book. I found many things to take away and apply to my own life going forward. Whilst reading this book, I recommend taking notes of the parts that connect with you.

I wouldn’t be a book reader but since I’ve gotten in to my fitness and learning to live a healthy and be more active. I was mad to learn more. My mindset was a big thing. I was told about Brian Keane. So I looked him up. Haven’t looked back since☘️ His knowledge about everything is unreal. And he’s a genuinely a nice gent.
I bought his book over two weeks on audio and i just thought it was brilliant. There is something in it for everyone. The four pillars etc. Highly highly recommend it. Looking forward to purchasing his other books in time 📚

An excellent read. It covers all the important areas relating to mindset including looking at habits, exploring the whole area of looking at failure as feedback.
I really like the concept of the four quadrants. It's an excellent idea as it makes you ask yourself the following question: What area of my life am I neglecting?
Overall a well written, well structured book with lots of tools and strategies provided for the reader.
This was one book I really enjoyed reading.

Rewire Your Mindset should be in the hands of every student, parent, athlete, teacher, coach and mentor. It’s an excellent resource for providing practical knowledge for building and maintaining confidence, not just in sports but life. The Fitness Mindset was another great read by the author who had everything down to the smallest detail and supported by important research. Both books are well written and easily read. Looking forward to the author Brian Keane’s next release.

I've read all of Brian's books and I listen to his podcasts so I wasn't sure if I'd get anything extra from this but I'm so glad I read it. I might have to buy a paper copy just so I can highlight sections. Screenshots from my kindle app won't be good enough!
Lots to think about....my favourite line was 'the quality of your life is ultimately determined by the quality of your choices and decisions'. This book is applicable to everyone, regardless of their situation. 10/10 from me.

This was a great book. It was clear in everything it said and some of the lines really resonated with me. There is a great amount of anecdotal stories and how to actually start to implement the advice he gives in your own life. Brian Keane splits up the mindset into different sections and it was really helpful as a lot of the time we don't even know what parts of our mind we're trying to change. Overall I'd recommend this book.

Have followed Brian for years and his first book was so good I couldn’t wait for this one! It was so worth the wait I’ve read it twice already and recommended it to many friends as well. It’s a must read if you have ever felt stuck in a rut or suffered from anxiety. The tips are so practical and I now use them in everyday life. Definitely the best mindset book I’ve read.

An excellent read- especially when one is intent on setting new goals and adopting new habits. I was setting myself new achievable goals and adopting a more positive mindset before I had even finished the book. Simple, yet very effective advice. This is a book which I will continue to revert back to as I try to become more in control of my goals and positive mindset.

The book you will never know you needed.

Wow! I went into this book knowing that it would be helpful but I did not expect the full impact of it. This should be in everybody's must read. I know this is going to be something I will read at least once a year and will also be something I will buy in paperback also. Highly recommend.
