This book has a lot of science and research based information in it. The principles are very similar to the paleo diet (which I eat) so I was already familiar with the concepts and could breeze past certain paragraphs. The intermittent fasting part was relatively new to me, and so I took more time with that section. And it's such a short book, it's easily read in one sitting. I was happy to reread certain aspects as refreshers to my diet. Overall it's another great resource to add to my library.

It was helpful to have all this info in one place. You can find the same info in multiple places on his web site for free.

Quick read with some good information and a good guide to starting a keto diet. But it does include some plugs for the author’s products as well.
