Trouble in Paradise: New Beginnings

Rate this book
Jerry has learned to love the comforts of life in Serenity. However, learning to play Dominion’s games isn’t quite as easy. With visions of his wife, who has been kidnapped from earth by Dominion haunting his daily life, his protective instincts leave him concerned only with seeing her safe.

Meanwhile, construction continues in the new city. Buried on a job site, a giant egg is found. Within the egg, the king’s older son is found. Lenny is awakened confused and upset, unable to return to his earthly home. Due to his entry and the danger presented by Dominion, Lenny is unable to complete the customary hike, and instead is given a crash course into Serenitan life.

With the danger mounting against the citizens of Serenity, a new group of superheroes must be formed. But, with their first mission setting them against pure evil, will they have the strength to overcome and win the battle against darkness?

This is a great story for parents to read to or children in 1st grade- middle school aged to read. There are very good lessons in this read for children of this age to learn and understand. This author does a great job of making the story relate-able and interesting so that the reader stays invested.
