USA Today Bestselling Author Reana Malori brings you a steamy, paranormal holiday read to start your holidays off right.

Being left alone was all he'd ever wanted. Too bad fate has other plans.

ODIN: All he needed was his cabin, his freedom, and his wolf. After all the pain and hurt he’d experienced, Odin Jakobson, was a broken man. Once a member of an elite special forces team that used wolf shifters to fulfill dangerous missions around the world, he now lived alone. Bitter and angry at the world. Little did he know, his world was about to turn upside-down.

LAYLA: To save her son, Layla will go to the ends of the earth and do whatever it takes to survive. Life hasn’t always been easy, but her son Christopher was the blessing she needed. Hunted by those who believe she’s seen too much, she has no choice but to run. Now she’s stuck in a cabin with a man whose strength she comes to rely on, whose touch makes her feel whole again, and whose whispers demand her submission under the night sky.

Honor demands that he protect Layla and Christopher. His wolf demands he claim them both as his.

The characters I write will not be perfect. None of us are. They will make mistakes. All of the hero's will have redeeming qualities, but on the outset, you may not be their biggest fan. My heroine's will be the kind of women you want to hang out with. They're the women next door, down the street and around the corner. They are the ladies you would want to spend time with on a Saturday night drinking a martini.

I have been an avid reader of romance novels since the age of 14 and know what appeals to me as reader. My goal is, and will always be, to provide that same experience for the women and men who read my novellas and short stories.

I’m a former Marine and served for 8 years, so strong military men will always be a favorite topic of mine. I will continue to write stories with military heroes’ front and center. I’m also a fan of Alpha-males and strong women who love with everything they have.

I loved Odda Doggie....

..... And his little man Christopher. He was sooooo precious. Out of the mouths of babes. Christopher knew what Odin was before his mother Layla knew. Even though Odin rescued them during a snowstorm, after what she'd already been through that caused her to run, she was very leary of him. But, at the same time, she was unexplainably drawn to him. The first time Odin laid eyes on Layla, his wolf knew that she was his mate. He did not know how to take that fact as his first wife had died years before. Layla was his fated mate. He was given a second chance at happiness and he was going to grab it for all it was worth. He was determined to do everything right and not scare her, after all, she was human. He knew he had to be careful. He would protect them with everything in his being and he did.

Layla was scared to death because of the men after her. But what she did not know was that she not only had Odin but his entire pack to protect she and her son. It seems that her son gave her hints as to who and what Odin was. He had already bonded with his Odda doggie, and Odin's family and pack were excited for him too.

I really enjoyed this story. Paranormal and shifter stories have not been my favorite as book genres go. I much prefer watching sci-fi movies than to read about them but in this case, it met all of my expectations. I would love to read more about this pack. I would especially like to read more about Romi and her supposed mate as well. Something tells me this will be another good story given Romi's military background.

Well Done

I really liked this story. I cannot wait to read about Toni and Tobias; that will be interesting. I hope there is more on Odin and Layla. They need another book but longer. I'm also interested in leaning more about what Christopher is and what Romi is. I cannot wait for more about those characters. This book is highly recommended.

It was okay

This was an alright read for me. I really liked Odin a lot and baby Christopher with his "Oda doggy", lol, just too cute. However, Layla, Odin's mate gave me a bit of headache with her internal dialogue and going back and forth. In the end, it all works out for the happy couple. 3 stars🌟🌟🌟

The action in this book starts on the first chapter when our main character Layla gets caught at the wrong place, wrong time and is the witness to a murder. On the run from the people that are after her to silence her for what she's seen she gets into an accident on the mountains. Odin was out on a run in his wolf form when he accidentally runs into them. His wolf recognizes his mate in Layla and proceeds to get her and her son Christopher out of the snow and into the safety of his house. First off, Layla is super funny, she was very down to earth and all she wanted was to make sure her son was safe. Christopher is like the cutest little kid ever. His instant connection with Odin was really heartwarming and the fact the he could see Odin's wolf and called him "Oda doggie" was beautiful. I loved the way that Odin took care not to overwhelm Layla because she's human and not used to pack customs. I just had a great time with this couple because they were so cute and relatable. Odin is also very protective so when he realized there were bad guys going after his mate he was on alert instantly. This is the first book I've read by this author and thoroughly enjoyed and recommend it.

This was truly different and very good - Odda Doggy!

This was such of a refresher, different in all levels type of read, and I loved it. It was really good. What I most enjoyed was although this was a short tale (meaning it was not a full length novel of about 300 pages or so) the writing flowed out beautifully and you felt complete and understand the whole concept fully. You didn't fell cheated at all.
Layla was just a mother wanting to take care of her child but was at the wrong place at the wrong time.
Meanwhile Odin or Odda doggy was just there not knowing where to go or not. Alpha in his own right, he could be the supreme alpha, as of now is rejecting this title, but who knows. Strong, virile and protector, Layla and Christopher hit the jackpot with Odin.
Romi, best BFF ever and very intuitive.
Wonderful cast and fantasy, and just right for a Christmas miracle and all...
Beautiful

Loved this story, it was just the perfect Christmas story....

The whole story from start to finish was brilliantly written, I don't usually like short novellas or books to be honest but this story was the perfect length for me to get a good feel for the characters and get a vested interest in the story and outcome, I loved how Odin was protective and very Alpha it listened to Layla even if he didn't agree.
This was the perfect shifter story that I love as it had action, passion, suspense and violence with lots of erotic romance thrown in, makes me want to hear more about Layla and Odin as their family grows.
Excellent story looking forward to more about the Blood Moon Pack!!!

Layla witness something she should not have and is on the run with her son Christopher. While driving she sees a big wolf in road and try to avoid hitting the wolf and her car runs into a ditch the Wolf shifts back into Odin and he goes over to see if the people in the car is okay and when he lays eye s on the women his wolf says that is their mate. Odin takes Layla and Christopher back to his home and Christopher keep calling him dog because he has a special gift and can see his wolf. Layla let her best friend Romi know she is safe, and she will let her know if anything changes on her side. Things Change when Romi calls and leaves a message the bad guys are coming. Romi show up and is held back by the wolf pack and Odin friend Tobias finds out his mate has arrived. 5 Stars

I couldn't put this one down. I started this book late at night and when I woke up at 7 am I immediately reached for my Kindle to finish it.

I was first introduced to the Bloodmoon Pack while reading Beast by Reana Malori and instantly was charmed by all the characters involved especially the glimpse we got of the pack members.

This story is so much fun. I couldn't wait to see what the outcome was going to happen and the tension of being on the run & finding your mate was palpable.

I'm about to read Alphas Rise because I clearly can't get enough of the Bloodmoon Pack.

Awesome...page turner

Everything happens for a reason. Layla was running to save herself and her son from people trying to kill her because she was in a hotel room next to one where someone was kill. She realize the next day on the news how serious it was. While running she wrecknher car and Odin found her. Odin like to be by himself in seclusion, but he knew he had to help her. He had a strong pull to her. In only one day Odin vowed to protect Loyal and her son no matter the cost. He also had a secret he was keeping from her and didn't know how to tell her. But her son Christopher knew.
Great interesting love story.

Swag for Days

Whew! Two words: Reana Malori. This author is so gifted! The way she wrote and developed the characters, plot, setting, and shifter universe for this story should garner her some kind of award! I wish I could erase my memory of having read this and experience it again for the very first time. Odin’s swagger both as man and wolf 🐺 had me fanning myself, and Layla and her baby gave new meaning to the words “you complete me” for Odin. Already longing for Tobias and Romi’s love story. Best friends of the protagonists marrying (Er, mating) is always a fun ride!

Mate plain and simple

I absolutely loved this story. Odin did not just want Layla, he wanted to be everything for Layla and Christopher. The shifters haven't right. Your cub is mine to protect, mine to teach, and mine to love because he's your cub, and you are my mate. They grew into who they were meant to be together at the perfect pace. The unity of the pack and the way they had each other's six was perfect, without getting too gruesome, we still knew Odin and the pack took care of business and protected their own. I could very happily spend more time on their land. The best friend and alpha apparent's story is going to be fire.

Hot Christmas Loving

Reana Malori has done it again. I loved loved loved this story. It’s a fantastic read. There is nothing but fire between Odin and Layla. Christopher was too cute and he loved his Oda Doggy which was adorable. Layla also had the right amount of feistiness that readers will love. She was street smart and savvy and wasn’t taking any mess from Odin.

Great paranormal read.

Loved the pairing of Romi and Tobias and can’t wait for their book as well.

Odin's Honor Rewarded

Layla is on the run with her 2 year old son, Christopher. She crashes trying not to hit the, wait what, wolf in the road? What did she run from into a whole new world. First time reading anything by this author. I've now added some of her other books to my book list. I wish she had a whole series around this pack. Really enjoyed this read. I read this through the KU program.

Special Bonds

Great paranormal/military read. Odin is a gentle giant and his Layla was a strong single mother protecting her child. There were a few twits, a little predictability, but overall deserving of 5 stars! This is my first in the series, but on the look out for the previous 6. Cant wait to catch up!

This was a good one. I enjoy my holiday romances and happy to add this werewolf love story to my list of ones I enjoyed reading. Well-written love scenes and a nice build into a romance between a human and a werewolf. I have grown to really like these stories. Anyway, it's a short fun read and I'd recommend!

Loved it

Great story, needs a good bit of editing, but very understandable. Would love to have more on the best friend and alpha prince, and to know more about Christopher and his gifts. I was crazy about Odin and wish there was more info on his wolf being even more powerful than the current alpha triad .

Excellent Book

I don’t really read many books about shifters. However, I absolutely enjoyed this story. The pacing and the writing kept my interest and satisfied my craving for good action and heat. Odin was an awesome hero and Layla was a fitting mate. I highly recommend this stellar story.
