I've never been super keen on RSD and their teaching, but I thoroughly enjoyed this program. It's about state control and becoming the man you want to be. If you're into that, check it out. I'm not sure how effective it is for pickup as I'm not really interested in that at the moment, but for reconsidering your self and becoming your best self, this is a really helpful program.

"Slow Down" by Chase Atlantic was the song listened by me throughout the whole book, definitely hits the vibe, an absolute masterpiece about relationships with others dynamic.
Definitely recommend, five stars!
