Since I have the free time I thought to myself why not I just khatam UBBL. It took me about a week to complete reading this by-law and it happens to be my first UBBL (as at August 2022) so whatever that is deleted or redacted I wouldn't know.
There are discrepancies here and there but so far it is understandable and comprehensive. More than 70% of it is mainly about fire safety. I am surprised at how many architects do not read the UBBL, but to each their own.
