4.5 'This Is You And Me' Stars
Awwww... How utterly CHARMING! My fairytale loving heart is so full with this love story! Taunting Callum is beyond captivating and heart warmingly addictive. Callum and Aspen's journey is the very definition of HEA PERFECTION!
After that bomb on Enticing Liam that Callum had forgotten who Aspen was, after spending a smoking hot night with her, I must say I was fearful of how their story would play out.
‘If you don’t heal from what hurt you, you’ll bleed on those who didn’t cut you.’
Well, I shouldn’t have, because Ms. Proby always deliver the most incredible and realistic – even when we are talking about royalty – love stories. Taunting Callum proved just that. Callum groveled beautifully and heart touchingly, and Aspen, showed us once again, just how exquisitely well written Kristen Proby’s leading ladies are: strong, resilient, independent and overall kick@ss! I have now a major crush on Aspen, not only by he strength, heart and loving soul, but in how she dealt with the whole ‘forgotten night’ debacle. She made Callum work for it and I LOVED every second of it!
She’s every dream I’ve ever had.
And Callum, sweet baby jesus, the man knew how to seduce, and beg for forgiveness, while proving over and over again how much he was sorry, and how much Aspen had impacted him from that very first meeting. The only reason why I didn’t give it the full five stars was that for me the whole ‘forgetting’ even with the tiredness as reason, was not really completely believable for me, considering he repeated over and over, even in his thoughts, how she owned his from that very first encounter, how she haunted every single second, so to not recognize her at all, I felt it a bit strange. Apart from that, he was the definition of Prince Charming, seducing, caring and loving every step of the way, to an extend it was impossible to resist.
“Anything else I need to know before I destroy you for all other women?”
His lips tip up in a smug, satisfied smile.
“Darling, you already have.”
Once again I’m in awe with Ms. Proby for her masterful story telling talent. Taunting Callum was the perfect blend between a light, happy feeling romance, with some incredible emotional background, wrapped up in an exquisitely sexy and epic love story. Like I said before, the most perfect of contemporary fairytale. I’m sad for it to be the closure of these Big Sky Royals, but what a way to go, I couldn’t have asked for a better and more fitting ending. And as I’m expecting so much more of this Big Sky world, with all its numerous captivating characters that leave as wanting ALL their stories, I’m sure we’ll catch more glimpses of these royals in the future, and I’m so here fort! Can. Not. Wait!!! <3 <3 <3 <3 <3

I am so in love with this series, with Callum & Aspen, with their beautiful story that unfolds between the pages of this book! I've been curious about these two since their introduction in the previous books but their story is truly a Royal Happy Ever After!
Callum and Aspen couldn't be further from opposites but as the old sayings go, "opposites attract" or "the heart wants what the heart wants". Callum is the youngest Royal and known as the "playboy". He's ready for more in his life is but the one woman he wants won't give him the time of day. Aspen is the owner of Drips & Sips with no room for love after the tragedy she's endured. She's trying to forget the one man she allowed in her world for a brief moment, only to be forgotten. Prince Callum Wakefield has already made one huge mistake with Aspen Calhoun. He had a very sexy encounter with her two years ago, but then failed to recognize her right away at their next meeting. Ouch!
Aspen is focused on her business Drips & Sips and has convinced herself she does not have time for any man...much less a cocky Prince who forgot about her. She is smart, fiery, caring, but she also has a hidden past that has left scars. And it is easier to be angry at and hate Callum then it is to face what they shared.
Callum is the youngest royal and has lived a much more carefree life than his older siblings, having the ability to travel and just enjoy life. In his past he was considered a reckless playboy, but he has changed in the past couple years somewhat due to his mistake with Aspen. He is charming, easy-going, and usually fairly controlled, but she makes him lose it. And on this trip to Montana with his family, he is determined to make it right...and maybe even woo her.
Aspen is a tough cookie and closed off for a reason. Her walls will be hard to break down. But Callum is determined and sometimes the hardest things to win are the most important.
I loved Callum and Aspen. Their chemistry was never in question. Aspen is a spitfire, but has a bruised but loving heart. And Callum did make some mistakes but tries hard to make up for them. He might just be the swooniest of these men. But they also have other challenges due to the differences in their lives and will both have to decide if being together is worth it.
This is a sweet, sexy, low angst, Prince falls for a commoner love story that requires time and patience. It brings back the other royals and friends from Cunningham Falls, Montana. I always love visiting this town and the wonderful people there.

During separation both are celibate.

Sure, I’ve had my share of bedmates, but not nearly as many as the media portrays.
I’m much more selective than that.
And since I had sex with Aspen just that one time, the number of women I’ve been intimate with has been a resounding zero."

In this third book in the Big Sky series, we finally have the story of two characters that since they appeared aroused my curiosity: Callum and Aspen. The story of this couple is adorable.
One of the things I like about the writing by author Kristen Proby is that whenever I need to read a cliché romance , to melt my heart and make people believe in love, I just take a book from her that the effect never fails, and my romantic side thanks. Her stories are based on the couple's relationship and the construction of a love story, sometimes with some dramas on the way but nothing very lasting.
The story of Callum and aspen brings a story of two people who are attracted to each other and decide to give themselves a chance and it was cute to see these two navigating this new stage together. Callum is a true prince and proved to be a protective, romantic and sensitive guy. And aspen my heart was broken by the events of her past, but on the other hand I loved seeing how she handled the situation and allowed herself another chance. These two together made a great pair.
Tauting Callum brings a short, refreshing, light and purely romantic story.

Yes!! Callum is truly Prince Charming...I fell fast and hard for this Prince. Yes he had some flaws and made a mistake but he more than made up for it in this book!!
Of course this book was written by Kristen Proby....you know it’s going to be great even before you start reading. I was totally in love with these characters and the story they had to tell. I think this book was the most emotional in this series. My heart broke on many occasions after learning of Aspen’s past. I truly loved the woman she became. She was fierce, sassy and lovable....I want her as a best friend!!!
Taunting Callum is the third book in Kristen‘s Big Sky Royal series. This is an interconnected stand-alone novel that is told in Dual POV. It’s the perfect mix of Royal love and small town romance. If you have read any other book in this series you know just how special Cunningham Falls, Montana truly is. Every time I read one of these books and Kristen describes the area, I want to travel there to see it all for myself.
In this book we follow Callum and Aspen. After a steamy one night stand and Callum forgetting who Aspen was, he is back two years later to beg for forgiveness and win Aspen’s heart. Can she move past the past hurt? Is she willing to take a chance on love again?? Read this book to find out.
I loved watching Callum and Aspen together. Even though they are complete opposites, they totally worked together. He was sweet, sexy and charming and she was sassy, a little broken, but full of love. They rank pretty high on my list of favorite Proby couples.
If you are looking for a low angst, little drama (just enough to keep things interesting) and a sexy romance story, then you need to read this book!! Definitely add this to your TBR list and 1-click it once it releases.

I loved this book, it was swoony and sweet and sexy.
Aspen is the coffee shop owner we have learn about in other books.
She has a past with Callum but he forgot. Yep you heard that right he forgot so it’s no wonder she gives him the cold shoulder.
Their love story is heart breaking and healing too. I loved it and I am so glad I listened.

Fans of Kristen Proby rejoice; the final book in the Big Sky Royals series is finally here! The sneaky peek we got of Aspen & Callum at the end of Enticing Liam only helped to build excitement for Taunting Callum, but now that that it's here, the moment is just so bittersweet. Especially after everything Aspen had to endure to finally have her happily ever after.
I'll be the first to admit that I wasn't Callum's biggest fan. He seemed like such a playboy in the prior books, and I figured it'd take some work to get me to like him, but it turns out I was so incredibly wrong. Despite having gotten off to a rocky start, Callum was just so easy to love. He won me over with his sweet words, as well as his patience & perseverance and my heart may never be the same.
I mean, there's no way a girl can argue with that. Aspen would've been silly to even try. And she was not silly. Far from it! She's an amazing lady boss, who's kind, fun & sassy. But above that, her strength & resilience were awe-inspiring.
Aspen was just so self aware; while she may have had a tragic past, she didn't let it define her and I'm just in awe of her. My heart is just so full at the moment. The Big Sky world and characters are just so special to me...it's like coming home with each new installment. ❤

An adorable royal romance and a safe read. This book was sexy, sweet, light and easy to read.
We also got a glimpse on some previous characters and the cozy family dynamics (something I love about series of standalones).

After we've been introduced to Prince Sebastian's and Princess Ellie's love stories, it's Callum's turn, the well-known bad boy.

Taunting Callum is the third book in the Kristen Proby's Big Sky Royal series, and I absolutely loved it!
Callum and Aspen met and had a one-night stand two years earlier after they met at Prince Sebastian and Nina's home. The following year, they ran into each other, but Callum didn't remember her. Since then, he has spent much time trying to apologize to Aspen for how he treated her. And while Aspen forgives Callum, that does not mean that she has forgotten. But their chemistry is off the charts and cannot be ignored.
I loved these two! I loved how hard Callum worked for forgiveness and redemption. And I loved that Aspen didn't just give in, and really made sure that she was sure of Callum's good intentions before being able to move forward. But these two sooo belonged together!
I have loved all of the books in this series; the Wakefield royals and the love that they have for their significant others is amazing! I highly recommend Taunting Callum!

OMG! What a super sweet romance. Callum has to prove himself to Aspen, their romance was really two years in the making. The story really gets better and better as it goes. That epilogue really got me.

Kristen Proby is the queen of writing amazing towns that I want to live in. Its always like visiting old friends every time we get a new book. I love these characters so much. The royals were such a great and fun addition. With each book, I get a new favorite.
The epilogue of Liam really stayed with me for so long and I couldn’t wait to finally get Callum and Aspen’s story. I loved Aspen from her first mention. Her story was so beautiful and heartbreaking. But what a strong woman she is, I mean wow. Such an inspiring character.
I'm sure it will be mentioned several times how swoon-worthy Prince Callum is. It's a perfect description. I very much enjoyed adding Callum to my list of favorite Proby men. I love how he didn’t give up fighting for her forgiveness after a major douche move. I love how much he wanted Aspen in his life and how he presented the risks of being in a relationship with a royal. One of my favorite lines in the book is Callum’s telling Aspen why his world might be worse than where she comes from.
“ Your history doesn’t dissuade me in the least. But mine might discourage you, and I’d rather know that now than after I've finished falling in love with you”
*Sigh*
This series has been simply magical.

Callum is amazing !!

I really enjoyed this book, I've been looking forward to it since I knew there was history between them. Callum and Aspen haven't had an easy ride things were done and said that made things between them difficult. Aspen is a strong woman and takes no crap and after everything life has thrown at her you know why. There is just one person that has gotten under her skin and the Callum. No matter how hard she tries to forget what happened between them she can't. He really hurt her and turned what they had to crap. She couldn't let herself get hurt again she had to stay strong and just think of herself and her business. Its just very hard when he is trying everything to get back into her good graces.
Callum what can I say about him, a lot really god this guy is so sexy and very good looking what more would you couod you want. But was Callum stupid YES could he of dealt with stuff better YES but did he really try to make things better YES. This is what made me luv him. Its takes a lot to know when you have done wrong and Callum did. The way he treated Apsen was so good he knew what she needed before she did. He knew life hadn't been good and he just wanted to make sure he made her future a good one.

Taunting Callum by Kristen Proby was pure romance and the romance isn’t because Callum is a Prince it’s because who is Callum as a man.
Thank you to the author for allowing the reader to live in this couple's happy! So many romance books end at the proposal or the couple getting together. I have come to adore that Proby allows the reader to be apart of the happy, to see the couple TOGETHER, making it work!
And yes when a small town coffee shop owner and Prince call in love their are logistics, I love how this was handled.
Callum Wakefield and Aspen Calhoun opens with a smoking hot prolgoue followed by a chapter that might have you like Aspen wanting to strangle Callum. Bareing witness to the how Callum handles this and how he works to make Aspen feel special and appreciated well I hope everyone woman gets a moment in her life where she feels this special. Yes, I know this is a "romance book" but it really highlights how love is about the small things, about wanting the other to FEEL. And man did the author make me FEEL.
Callum and Aspen craft a happy so very perfect for THEM and I hope we get to see them as the series allows this town to release happily ever afters.
Speaking of the town, it was so great to see many of the characters from the prior books in the Big Sky Royal series. The Wakefield siblings were close in prior books and the banter they share was Trademark Proby level enjoyment.
I glad to see that Kristen Proby is continuing to write in the Big Sky world as I adore the citizens of this small Montana town.
I am so excited for HONOR ..... but don't read the blurb for this one until after your devour Taunting Callum as it does have a "spoiler."

‘If you don’t heal from what hurt you, you’ll bleed on those who didn’t cut you’
Taunting Callum is a great additional to the Big Sky series. This is the most heart wrenching story and I did require my tissues on occasion. Avery had endured a terrible loss many years before – she packed up her life and moved to Cunningham Falls which is a small community that is always there for you but knows when to keep their distance – hence the reason that the UK Royal Family have grown to love this place and call it their 2nd home. Avery has her own business her small little business is doing well she is finally enjoying live and a quick hot passion moment with Prince Callum a couple of year’s ago in her shop no less was a nice interlude.
Prince Callum has been visiting the small town for a couple of years as each of his siblings found their HEA – The moment he meets Avery he feels a connection but one misunderstanding sees Avery blanking Callum and for over a year they hardly speak to each other during his visits. But Callum can’t get Avery out of his head he knows she is broken inside but he knows he is the one that can mend those pieces. But Avery has other ideas she doesnt want to open herself fully up again.
Callum isn’t going to give up – he is a Prince after all and used to getting what he wants and he wants Avery.

Every girl wants to marry a prince. But Aspen only had a one-night stand with one. The next time Aspen saw Callum after that time he did not remember her. So for the last 2 years he has done everything he could to apologize to her for that mistake. He may have forgotten for that moment but he has not forgotten that night with her. Now he wants more with her. She is unlike any woman he has been with. He has fallen in love with her and wants her in his life. Aspen has suffered great loss when she lost her husband and daughter in a boating accident. She never thought she would fall in love again. She also realizes how different her and Callum are. From where she came from, not that she apologizing for that, and his background they are definitely not the same.
Even though they are royalty his family is so down to earth. You see this in the previous stories. When Callum tells his mom about Aspen she is overjoyed for him. To see the smile on his face when he talks about her to his overall happiness. It makes you believe in fairy tales. This story is written with so much love and family. A true joy of a love story. Holy Royal heaven!! big Sky Royal has been a fun series. Taunting Callum has finished the series with a big bang. Callum fell for Aspen of Drips and Sips the minute he saw her. She remained in his thoughts for a year. And then he royally screwed up. I didn't think he could fix it.
Boy does that guy need to get his grovel on. He has crushed the heart of the one women whose heart he wants to own. I do love a good grovel. He quickly learns that "I'm sorry" just isn't enough. Callum doesn't give up. He shows her that she not only deserves love but has his love.
What makes this story so wonderful is that they shouldn't fit, but they are perfection. They aren't just a wrong side of the tracks romance, but a wrong side of the pond. At least that is what I thought until Callum shows he knows how to get down and dirty.
The love Callum has for Aspen seeps through the pages. Their love story is one that will keep me smiling for a very long time. Family dynamics had this reader wanting that type of family support. Aspen is one lucky woman and she is strong enough to handle all th changes that will come her way.

My favorite of the Big Sky Royal Series!
I absolutely love Aspen, a strong independent business owner who has had many unfortunate things happen in her past, but has not let it define her. Callum is my newest book boyfriend, painted in the media as a playboy prince, he is singleminded in his focus on Aspen and works so hard to win her affections.
This book is low angst, but still has lots of tension and romance. While they are both attracted to each other they move slowly with their relationship which lets the romance and anticipation build. What i love most about this story is that there is not unnecessary drama caused by miscommunication. They address their issues as adults and work through them, which is always refreshing to read.
Going back to Montana and visiting the characters in Cunningham Falls is always a great time and this is no different. I loved this book and I know you will too.

Kristen Proby’s newest love story, Taunting Callum, is such a perfect beach read. Totally love Callum. He is of course handsome, kind, and alpha. Aspen Calhoun caught Callum’s attention 2 years ago. Aspen owns Drips and Sips Coffee shop in Cunningham Falls, Montana. She moved to Cunningham Falls after a devastating loss. She has picked herself up and continues to move forward. I would love to give more detail but that would just give too much away. If you have read Kristen Proby before you know her style, fun, smart, sexy, sassy, loving, possessive(good way), and gorgeous characters inside and out. That is exactly what you get with Taunting Callum, some tissues might be in order as well. If you have not read Kristen’s books before and are starting here then you are in for a treat. Great characters, fun story, super easy/relaxing read. I highly recommend any Kristen Proby book. I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review. *****

I never have issues reading Kristen's books, mostly I just wish they were longer. Taunting Callum is no exception. This happens to be my favorite of the series. I love going back to Montana. Especially right now while dealing with the pandemic, I love getting to travel through reading. Callum is yummy, protective, and says the sweetest things! Aspen is stubborn, independent, feisty, and loving. I love that they had a little history before finding their forever.

I love Cunningham Falls and we see more of it in this book. We meet some new friends (praying that we get their story in the future) and some of our favorites from the past.
Callum will make you absolutely swoon! I wasn’t so sure about him when we met him in Enchanting Sebastian, but man I am won over. He is more that just a royal playboy and he has a heart of gold.

This was by far the best book in the series.
I'll tell you a secret, I love fictional men that have tattoos. And Callum was just swoon worthy. He was charming and a perfect way to end this series. He was a badass compared to the rest of his siblings and I live for it.
Because he is not the heir and is no where near of being the heir he gets to be a rebel and live his life his way. The fact that he did so many good deeds as his duty just shows how amazing he is.
Aspen was also a great heroine who didn't let anyone tell her what to do, well she didn't let Callum tell her what to do. He was so in love with her it was adorable and Aspen loved Callum so much as well.

Man I loved book and this entire series. I’m sad to see it come to a close. Everything from the covers to the pages inside, it’s just beautiful. Aspen and Callum are dynamite together. I experienced the full range of emotions with this one too. I laughed, I cried, I was angry, and then I was grinning like a loon and swooning all over the place. I truly loved this and can’t wait for the paperback to round out my collection.
