Beyond is the 4th book in the complete 7 book series, told in an overlapping timeline through multiple characters’ point of view.
M. J. Kaestli's unique society blends the broken Utopia of Matched with the corruption and stakes of The Hunger Games. Beyond explores the world outside the dome by those brave enough to survive it.
MJ Kaestli loves to both read and write stories with strong female leads who don’t know they were born to conquer the world. She developed a love for sci-fi and fantasy at an early age and has turned her passion for fast paced adventures with a twist into a collection of novels. She lives in Vancouver BC where the continual sound of rain inspires her to create dark and ominous worlds and the heroines who fight for them.
Only one star...the beginning was interesting the it took a turn when she lost her memory and met the other people.
........spoiler...... One minute she is conducting an experiment the very next day she's married to a complete stranger in a mentally unstable town. Josh and his mother are crazy. The story is very long winded. I found myself skimming through the inner dialogue until I just gave up and skipped to the end. I'm glad I didn't continue reading because the ending was predictable. Not the book for me.

I haven't been able to put this series down. The concept is believable, government (s) have always used every means to stay in power, so the State, seems real.
I love the strong female leads.
The only drawback in this book is it jumps around. At some points it feels as though the author was rushed.
