It was okay, but I didn’t enjoy it as much as the first book. The first half was pretty good, but the ending felt really rushed, especially the last scene which was basically just a summary of events. That was really disappointing. You want and expect the end of a romance novel to give you all the feels, but this didn’t accomplish that.

Nice story line. Braedon and Alicia work together as Alicia waits for a call to the mission field. Alicia has taken a vow of celibicy as a child...not wanting to marry or break her vow, she needs to figure out her feeling for Braedon. I recommend this read.

"Regaining Faith And Love"

In this clean, easy reading romantic story, restaurant owner Dani Trahan is 28 years old and still hasn't met a man to fulfill her life. There's still plenty of time to have a family, but now she just wants to keep her business going. Rob Jackson doesn't do relationships. He still suffers the loss of his bride-to-be in an auto accident years ago. He also has stopped believing in God. But ... God just might change both their lives. A sweet story with sweet characters. Very well written.

after listening to the first book of the series, I wasn't sure where the storyline would go from at the end. But I was pleasantly surprised. This follows the unlikely romance of Dani and Rob. Dani is a sweet go-getter determined to make her restaurant business a success; while Rob seems like your standard egotistical punk rocker. Will sparks fly when the two cross paths at the band leader's wedding? Although this book is part of a series, I found its plot to be lagging in some chapters. So much so that I had to multitask because at times I got bored

Setting goals as a child and still holding to them at twenty eight, and adding the goal of her restaurant to be a success. Rob has suffered a lost, and changed his focus in several ways. Fate and God’s timing came in, wanting them to trust, love and to help one another. Nice enjoyable clean story. Given audio which added to the story for my voluntary review and my honest opinion.

Great Story

I like how the author was able to write several books interweaving each story to the one before it. Love the characters, they are each very believable and the plots always keep my attention and interest.

Great read. The most compelling part of the story was Rob getting over his past hurt/tragedy and trusting God again. The book had its humorous parts when Dani was trying to hate Rob.

IN ANOTHER TIME ~ ANOTHER PLACE
I loved this beautiful Christian based romance that centered around Danica "Dani" Trahan and Rob Jackson. Rob is charming and comes off as a flirt and carefree, but in reality it is a farce to cover-up the pain and loss of his fiancée. Dani is so career driven to make her dream restaurant work, be there for her family, that she doesn't even have time for herself or romance. Throw these two together for the wedding of her cousin Bryce, and sparks happen, but not necessarily in a good way. The story is heartwarming with delightful characters and entertaining dialogue. This is the second story after Come To Me Alive, but can easily read as a stand-alone. The story does share God's love without being preachy. With God, all things are possible and happily ever after is reality. Disclosure: I received an e-copy of this book in exchange for an honest review. All thoughts, opinions, and ratings are my own.

Dani is determined to make a go of her restaurant at the expense of relationships.

I enjoyed this second book by Leah allowing us to see the people in the first book involved in Dani and Robs life. Neither one was looking for a relationship but Rob loved flirting and annoying Dani at the wedding. It wasn't until later and words of wisdom from Dani's gramps that Rob really started to be interested in her. Rob had past hurts that he needed to deal with before he could consider getting serious. Dani was so focused on her restaurant that she lost the opportunity to be with those she loved. This was a good, clean story of healing, restoration, dealing with death and learning to trust in love.

Come to me Free by Leah Atwood is an inspirational romance about forgiveness and God's love.
This the second book I have read in the last week that says that it's an insult to God not to let go of guilt. If God can forgive our sins, why can't we forgive ourselves?
I love the main characters of Dani and Rob and how they work through their issues.
The sage advice of Grams and Gramps is a pivotal part of the book.
I loved this book and look forward to reading more by this author.

I loved the first book in this series and loved this one just as much. I very much enjoyed picking back up with the characters from the first book and then following Dani and Rob as they overcome the obstacles they faced in finding their path to love. This book is a wonderful combination of faith and romance that I definitely recommend to anyone who enjoys a good Christian romance. I certainly will be looking forward to the third book in the series. I was given an e-copy of this book in return for an honest review.

I really liked reading Dani’s and Rob’s story. I love how they were drawn to each other but had to overcome obstacles in order to be with each other. One of the things that was brought out was that a lot of times that the hardest person to forgive is yourself and living with guilt will keep you from moving forward. I would definitely recommend this book.

I love this Christian romance of faith with the message of forgiving ourselves. Rob and Dani have so many problems to overcome and with Gramp's and Gram's advise and help how can they fail? I love these main characters. Dani has a family with so much love. How does this affect Rob? This is a good, easy read that I highly recommend. I was given an ARC for an honest review.

An awesome clean read!

In this world (4-2015) there is not enough good clean novels. This is a good one and I suggest that if you are looking for a clean realistic read this is the one! Thank you for writing this because I needed something to keep my mind active that is not full of smut and swear words.

Leah Atwood has crafted another sweet romance with hard working, down to earth characters. Come to Me Free is the second book in the series and flows nicely from the first although it would be just fine as a stand-alone. I enjoyed Dani and Rob's story and look forward to reading more books in the series!

Engaged from the beginning. What a page turner. Recovering from loss and moving on with your life. How long does it take? As long as it takes. The author did a super job of sharing so many feelings regarding loss and moving on. Leaning on God is paramount and this shines through out the book. Highly recommend this story. I had the honor to review this wonderful book for the author. Dani'S life completely changed after Her cousins wedding. Dani is a complete workaholic and puts work ahead of everything until she looses her Gramps. Watching Dani change after that awful day is amazing. Dani and Rob's relationship grows after he allows God back into his life. You will feel God working throughout this book.

Great read.

I really enjoyed Rob and Dani's story. It is always when love hits from out of no where. You are living your life the best you can and have no time to invest in a relationship . But there is something special in this person that you seem to be drawn to so what can you do. You take that chance.
