Where winning means survivalAccording to legend, I’m supposed to be some kind of all-powerful DragonGod—gifted with the magic of gods. Instead, I’m a dud. In fact, when I join Undercover Protectorate’s magical academy, I immediately begin to fail out. It's the supernatural version of Scotland Yard, and my classmates are all jerks who think I suck. Super fun. I've got one chance to earn my place here--I must compete in a deadly race across the world. In order to win, I need to survive. And I’ll need the help of a sexy and powerful shifter mage named Lachlan Munroe. When we figure out that the race is rigged, Lachlan and I must rely on each other to make it through. But will I be able to learn enough magic to save my life? This is just the start of Ana and Lachlan's adventures. This omnibus contains all five books in the Dragon's The Druid Series. Title include Institute of Magic, Crime of Magic, Celtic Magic, Captured by Magic, Doomsday Magic.

Before becoming a writer, Linsey was an archaeologist who studied shipwrecks in all kinds of water, from the tropics to muddy rivers (and she has a distinct preference for one over the other). After a decade of tromping around in search of old bits of stuff, she settled down to start penning her own adventure novels and is freaking delighted that people seem to like them. Since life is better with a little (or a lot of) magic, she writes urban fantasy and paranormal romance.
I usually read at least 50% of the first book of a series until I decide if I like it or not. I only read six chapters and the female lead was far to cocky and self assured. I really didn't like her at all. The chemistry that's suppose to have been starting between her and the male lead didn't feel genuine. I just didn't feel it between them at all.
The adventures continue... I love how much realism Linsey puts into her books that contain magic. The characters are so rich and the adventure never get old. I love revisiting them often. A must read 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
This book was so much fun to read. I loved it all. The characters were still strong, the plot kept it going and was quite entertaining. I can't wait to start the next series. Linsey Hall did not disappoint again!
Uses the same world as the Dragon's Gift Valkyrie series but focuses on a different sister. Enjoyed just as much as the first series and will definitely read the third series.
