A must read for anyone going into a new HR role whether internally or to a new company. A lot of insightful tips and strategies for success. Easy to read; quick pace.

Excellent blueprint for a new HR leader. Mr. Collins has a wonderful ability to explain concepts simply and in an organized manner. It is organized so that you can read it cover to cover, just the outline, or only the parts applicable to you. Quick read however the approach. Great advice for anyone in HR.

Excellent Guide Book To Success

The author Alan Collins has written a thoughtful, no nonsense guide to help you thrive as an new HR leader. Funny, realistic, and straight to the point the examples are applicable to any new HR leader or HR leader restarting their career in a new location.

Just finished reading the ebook. A quick 3 hour read with some interesting food for thought, would definitely recommend to HR leaders even if you're not starting a new job - much of it is just good leadership advice that should apply at any time. A lot more typos than should be expected on something that cost a reasonable amount of money though!

I am not an HR leader (yet) but I work in HR and moving to a new company. This book shares lots of insights to ensure an awesome onboarding for anyone working in HR. I give It 4 stars and not 5 for the way it has been written (with words in italic and bold style).

Great Read

Definitely gave some great advice for new he leaders. I am glad I read this book and hope to utilize these tools for my own success.
