It is organized so that you can read it cover to cover, just the outline, or only the parts applicable to you. Quick read however the approach. Great advice for anyone in HR.

The author Alan Collins has written a thoughtful, no nonsense guide to help you thrive as an new HR leader. Funny, realistic, and straight to the point the examples are applicable to any new HR leader or HR leader restarting their career in a new location.

Just finished reading the ebook. A quick 3 hour read with some interesting food for thought, would definitely recommend to HR leaders even if you're not starting a new job - much of it is just good leadership advice that should apply at any time. A lot more typos than should be expected on something that cost a reasonable amount of money though!
