This book is easy to read and flows logically. I think that this is a good recipe book. In addition I think that the ketogenic diet is explained very well. If you are going to start this diet, after checking with a medical professional, then I think this book would be a very useful tool. I really liked the recipe section and will be trying some of them for sure. The recipes are creative and I am sure they will be tasty. Overall, this is a well written and conceived book.

I was surprised to learn so much about the kept program from a cool book. This book is a keeper for future reading. And there are many great recipes included.
