A quick and concise overview of the basics of minecraft. My grandson loves the game, so this is definitely a great way to understand the game and learn answers to questions he has about it. It is illustrated and makes a great reference. I'm not a noob anymore. I would highly recommend this short text. The player can get all the basics and the uninformed adult can really understand the game.
I have talked to kids about Minecraft for well over a decade and despite this fact, I didn't have a great grasp of what it actually was. I just knew enough to help kids find some great informational books on the topic.
Enter Minecraft for Beginners: I was grateful for this step by step guide which has definitely given me a much clearer sense of the game, its possibilities, and why it continues to be so popular. A great book for anyone looking to learn more.
Definitely for absolute noobs. I don't know much about Minecraft so I did learn a little bit but my 4yo already knew most of what was in the book. It's best read before you ever even play, and would likely be very helpful in that case.
