This book takes up exactly where "Say It" left off. Jeremy and Dorian are clearly meant to be together but they are breaking up because of the lies and secrets in book one. The scene in the car where it is all ending, will break your heart. In this book, they try to turn from lovers to enemies but it clearly doesn't work for either of them. Jeremy accepts the responsibility for Carter and his child and begins to vocally come out to all and sundry. Dorian is still dealing with his awful ex/boss and the vet. With all of this going on, Dorian and Jeremy still won't talk honestly and lay all their cards on the table. Eventually, they face the fact they belong together, reunite and start to talk. Happy, happy, joy, joy right? Well, this is Sky McCoy and there is a book three already available for pre-order so what do you think? I need that third book now, darn it! I can't quite trust that these two guys I love will get their HEA until I actually read it. I am in the "trust but verify" mode right now. Love, love this series.

This is the second book in the series. The first book “Say It” has to be read first to understate this book

Jeremy and Dorian have serious communication problems. They know they are meant to be together but life keeps getting in the way. If they could just keep their pesky hands off each other.

An ex from hell complete with boyfriend. One mentally unstable brother. Another brother who is a slimy politician. Then there’s Jack, Jeremy’s twin, also gay, who just loves to stir the pot. Throw in a baby girl and the problems just keeps multiplying.

This book wasn’t as confusing. A little more character development helped the overall story. I’ve always said that wanting to reach out and slap a character means that they are nicely portrayed, and believe me a couple of them needed spankings (and not in the good way). Another cliffhanger with the third book available soon.

I received an arc of this book.

Sky McCoy writes strong male characters in the “Fascination” series even when writing bottom roles reinforcing a truth instead of a myth about people who bottom and those who top. I love this! McCoy takes the time to even write scenes from both characters point of view and it can be funny how different each can view an event and as a reader we then do not know whose side to root for (laugh).

McCoy then adds to this lovely mix with some very hot scenes that made me pause for a breath a time or two. Write in more drama and tension and seriously it is no wonder there is a hospital visit involved in the story.

Mean It is just around the corner, so if you have not started the “Fascination” series you should.

I received an ARC of this book and I am writing a review without prejudice and voluntarily.

Jeremy and Dorian are back and boy do these two have some ups and downs in this book! I loved these two together! I could not put this down; I wanted to see what happens and did not want to wait. Sky left the book off on somewhat of a cliffhanger but all does is make you want to come back and read Mean It. There were some twists and turns and moments where you just wanted to say "Yes!", "What?!", "Come on!" through this book and that is why it got 5 stars from me. I highly recommend this book and this author to anyone who loves M/M!

I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving an honest review.

Own It

So glad Jeremy and Dorian are making headway towards a HEA.
Really dislike Alice and her pathetic husband Thomas.
Also don’t care for Eric and Phillip.
I don’t think I want to find out what Jarrett is like, but I do kinda like Jack.
It seems you get so involved with the characters that you want to hear all their stories.
