“Return to Orchard Canyon” is a must-read business novel that uses the power of storytelling to entertain and educate you. Through the eyes of 3 main fictional characters (who we’ve all met) at a log cabin resort in the magical setting of Sedona, Arizona, this page-turner highlights Rich Dad money and business lessons. McElroy’s story takes you through an eye-opening journey with a mid-age banker who just got laid off, his teenage daughter and 82-year-old “Gramps” all questioning their life dreams, choices and finances (sound familiar?). Similar to Robert Kiyosaki’s “Rich Dad Poor Dad”, it’s the stories that provide the most learning. You’ll walk away with a SMILE and PLAN for building a better financial future! And P.S., the Author Ken McElroy is a successful real estate investor who owns the real resort: “Orchard Canyon on Oak Creek” that inspired the book. He’s also a Rich Dad Advisor to Robert Kiyosaki. Don’t hesitate ordering this book – and get extra copies for the whole family!

This is a great value for the lessons that it teaches. It’s about family member who are searching for who they are, where they want to go and do. I relate to this book in a very personal way. I work for corporations for a lot of years. I wish I would of ask more questions when I was younger to be put on a path of a more fulfilling life by enjoying what I did, but different roads that would of lead to more financial freedom. Follow David,Meghan as they learn lesson thru Ron and Susan and other people that their life patches crossed. One of the lesson I learned, It’s never too late! Read and enjoy the journey!

Not a huge fan of the writing. It felt slow and predictable. It may be a good read for someone in the shoes of the main character, but if you’re already entrepreneurial or a dreamer, it’s kind of blah.
