This book was written for the UK market so I'm not sure what it was doing on the shelf of my local library in the states. While it is supposedly written for children up to 18 I would only recommend it to parents of children under 8. I felt it really talks down to the parent. There was some good information here but it is really for children with only the mildest forms of anxiety and depression.
