The last book of Prachi Garg "the legend of the startup guy" left me amazed. She brought a completely new approach in retelling Lord Ganesha's story concerning startups. And I think with success of that style the author is back with another retelling. This time we have Ramayana with the context of a startup.

The story starts with Ram's consultancy company closed down due to his over-trusting and lenient nature. He ended up signing a deal with Kartikeyi and got huge liabilities on the company. In dire times he sat with his brother Lakshman and wife Sita to brainstorm where they went wrong. It was then Lakshmana and Sita told Ram many of his follies. They explained to him how his nature of not keeping business and personal relations separate had cost him his firm. They also understood their weakness in handling a professional firm with focused efforts. From these learning, they determined to come back with a focused business plan. They decided to move out of their territory of Ayodhya and gave a fresh start. What would be their strategy? How will they give a fight to the mighty business empire of Lanka.inc and it's successful tycoon Ravana? Read the book to know more.

As I said earlier, it is a completely new way of retelling which gives you entertainment of mythology with learning in Startups. It includes hundreds of things to learn which can save your boat. And the book is not just for an entrepreneurial enthusiast but even for professionals. Many things are covered to enlighten us. Prachi had used simple language so that English beginners can read it. She has avoided using marketing jargon and has stayed with layman's terms.

A nice read. I will give 4 out of 5 stars to this book.

Startup secrets from the Ramayana is an interesting take on the life of entrepreneurs that combines mythology and modern day life. The author has created something different than what's available in the marketplace when it comes to such books.

Loved the narration and the way in which problems were solved. Identifying issues and then finding sound solutions to them.

The author manages to create something of interest and benefit in this book.

Would recommend it for light reading as a diverse perspective.

"Startup Secrets From The Ramayana" is about Ram and his dream for a startup. Indeed Ram was successful to set up his business in Ayodhya but never did he ever imagined that he will get betrayed by the people he trusted most. After business fall down in Ayodhya he, Sita and Laxman decided to move to an another place and set up a new business there. But will Ram be successful in setting up a new business after his major downfall in Ayodhya?? What new hurdles will be there waiting for him in his route to success??

While reading this book it feels like going through Ramayana but in modern setup. All the characters and situations that revolves around the characters in this book is same as the story of Ramayana but the only difference is the obstacles or problems that they go through. I find the concept of this book really eye catching. At the end of every chapter the author gave some key points essential for people planning for a startup. The language used is lucid.

One of the amazing book on Business niche.
The wonder is how writer relates the Ramayana story to the realistic business model, which have the same character as in Ramayana and the most intriguing thing is how she relates the Work profile of every character with Ramayana story.

Good to read.👍

Learnings from this book👇
1)Trust is a precious investment you make in people.

2) keep your critics (not enemy) close.

3) Not everyone who smiles at you is a friend and not everyone with the frowning face is
going to be an enemy.

4) Eyes on the bigger picture and feet on ground.

5) People in the highest position look for power while those lowest on the power ladder can easily be swayed by money.

6) Power also works at a psychological level.

7) There is a very thin line between arrogance and confidence.

8) luxury means knowledge, experiences and associations not just material possessions labels and numbers.

9) It is very important to have your vision and mission clear your mind.

10)Trust is always high in demand and lack in supply.(Not from book but from the series scam 1992, But it is relating to this book also if you see the bigger picture here)

Thank you🙏

Title of The Review: Esteem For Ramayana

Being a religious person, I felt honour when I choose to read this book. The book covers the entrepreneurship & business ideas from Ramayana. The idea of writing a book by getting inspired from any religious mean is great but I experienced that author failed to left an impression on reader like me. I experienced that author is just covering the characters of Ramayana and story is running on behalf of characters not on the script. There were some grammatical errors and language of the book is very simple. Unlike story & narration I like the cover, it's attractive & able to get attention.

Title: STARTUP SECRET FROM THE RAMAYANA.
Author: PRACHI GARG.
Page's: 132
Genre: Fiction

BLURB
Despite not being a romantic, Ram deeply believed that whatever was destined for him would happen naturally, and that there was nothing he could think of better than to let his fate drive his mind.
Handling multiple things at the work and professional front along with looking after his family. Along with lakshman and sita he reached all nearby cities and towns in the state. If there was any business related problem in ayodhya, ram had an answer for it. Ayodhya was his proclaimed kingdom in business. Meanwhile ravan an unpopular business tycoon was known for his ravenous stealth and queasy morals.

Glimpse:
Startup secrets from the Ramayana is the story of Ram's struggle of setting up his business empire from scratch in a span of fourteen years. The stories are inspired from the ramayana to capture the celebrated wisdom of the God.
Author uses the Ramayana to stimulate courage, and ultimately broad spiritual perspectives. Some books are a captivate to hold is this is one of them.

I have been taught about the story of Ramayana since childhood so relating to this book was really easy for me. The book is about the story of Ram who graduated from a top b-school of the country and revolves around the struggles faced by him in setting up his business empire from scratch in the span of fourteen years.

The story is divided into different chapters and every chapter talks about the various aspects of starting a new company like setting up a right culture, value of disruption, financial sustainability, importance of networking, knowing your competition and others. Each chapter is concluded with a well composed moral which comes straight out of a management class.

The author has done a beautiful job in relating the management theories with the well-known story of Ramayana. The character sketches of Ram, Sita, Lakshman, Ravan and everyone else perfectly matches the Sanskrit epic but this time in the corporate environment. The writing of the book is very simple and easy to understand. Overall, this is an interesting read with a very new and different concept.

This book took me back to my MBA classroom. I recommend this book to young entrepreneurs, beginner readers and non-fiction lovers.

Even the name of this book is unique enough to intrigue a person. Ramayana is one such epic which has people taking derivations from it and using it to create their own mythical worlds. Even prominent authors like Amish have used Ramayana as an inspiration for their work and if one looks towards South India, there are many interpretations as well as completely contradictory versions of Ramayana which have become part of the culture of a particular sect.
I have heard lectures on Feminist Ramayana wherein Sita is shown to be a strong and bold female taking on the challenges of life. But start-up secrets, that too from Ramayana? That is an idea which would have never crossed my mind had I not seen this book.
This book not only infers incidences from the Ramayana to build its plot and guide one through the phases of a start-up but also imagines Ram, Sita, Lakshman and other key characters of Ramayana as living the life of entrepreneurs, trying to set-up a successful business. If one is familiar with the Hindu mythology, they will be able to find many similarities and be amazed at the way the plot of this book has been constructed to guide a person wishing to have his own startup. The author teaches you through means of this book how Ram dealt with challenges and disasters that threatened his business. The book has a fine balance between startup tips and good storytelling to keep the readers engaged.
Since the book is dosed with fiction, even the readers who do not like self-help books even if they need the tips just because they are boring will have something unique to look forward to. Since the language of the book is not too complex and furthermore the narration is intriguing, readers can easily breeze through the book in a day or two.

A VERY BEAUTIFULLY WOVEN BOOK.

Ramayana is one of the two major Sanskrit epics of ancient Indian history, the other being the Mahābhārata. Many individuals especially Indians, would have had a chance to read one or both of these as part of school or college subjects or as a part of any other reading pursuit they would have got into.

The epic as composed by Maharishi Valmiki, is a narration of the life of Rama, a legendary prince of Ayodhya city in the kingdom of Kosala. It gives us a beautiful picture of his fourteen-year exile to the forest urged by his father King Dasharatha, on the request of Rama's stepmother Kaikeyi; his journeys across the forests in the Indian subcontinent with his wife Sita and his trusted brother Lakshmana, the kidnapping of Sita by Ravana – the king of Lanka, that resulted in a war and Rama's eventual triumphant return to Ayodhya to be crowned king amidst jubilation and celebration.

There are many similar epics that we get to read and we see the dynamics of good and evil in these and how good finally surmounts evil. Why do we read epics or history or why do we have these as subjects in school or college? This was a question that always kept inundating my mind especially when reading through it was a grind. I have read about so many kings, so many empires, so many rulers and administrators but how does their history matter to me. Yes I have to draw inspiration from their lives but how do I apply it into my life? Is this application a simple task? This is where author Prachi Garg beautifully weaves entrepreneurship and the epic together, seamlessly meshing history and a modern startup business and thus helps every entrepreneur with valuable takeaways to execute a business while in the midst of ruthless competition. What if Ram were a startup founder? This is the application in real life that we all need and I would also highly recommend every individual who starts his career to read this too as it touches upon several aspects of a business in general beautifully. The concept is wonderful and the author deserves a lot of praise for the same.

I was able to relate to a lot of happenings in my career as I read through this book, about my team and my superiors and above all the true heroes.

Prachi has very deftly handled the usage of vocabulary and also sentence construction. I enjoyed these areas tremendously. Also there were different concepts spread out across the chapters that I revisited as I liked them and thought of implementing them. "To be willing and daring enough to disrupt, to create chaos and destruction of the assumptions and prejudices formed out of our experiences and knowledge and to start all over again" is one of them. I am looking forward to try and implement these in my domain.

One other aspect I liked is about the nicely crafted summaries at the end of each chapter. We can make some actions out of these and check as to how much we are able to implement in our work or business.

Every professional and entrepreneur will benefit in a big way by reading this book and applying the concepts.

Startup secrets from Ramayana is a modern retelling of the epic Ramayana by imagining the protagonist Ram as a dynamic entrepreneur and business consultant aided by his brother Lakshman who is his best buddy and business partner. The story starts with Ram shifting base from Ayodhya after being betrayed by his own family and left with no option but to start from scratch. How will Ram build his business empire and how he transforms himself in the process and what hurdles he faces forms the rest of the story.

The author picks up an interesting but ambitious idea to narrate a fictious story around the characters from Ramayana while shifting the timeline to today’s world. The main theme is chosen as business and entrepreneurship with obvious references to the famous epic. The story touches on major sequences from Ramayana and reimagines them happening in the backdrop of business world.

If the story is read standalone as a modern-day tale of a young man building his empire through his grit, hard work and perseverance, without reference to the epic it would have still been interesting. In that case, the names of characters and the locations should have been all fictitious without borrowing from Ramayana. The blurb suggests about the wisdom of the celebrated God and that this book draws inspiration from it, which is the exact point the story falters at. For those who have extensively read Ramayana, it is natural to see that the wisdom from the epic does not necessarily fit into a current day business world.

How Lord Rama ruled his kingdom, treated his friends and family or lead his life is worth learning from, but this book does not do justice while trying to draw parallels between both the stories and while creating characters with similarities. Like Shabari who tastes fruits before offering to her Lord is imagined to be a good quality control executive in current days and few such character traits in the book sounded forced for me. Likewise, including places like Chitrakoot in today’s world as growing business hubs does not make the intended impact.

The author could have entirely written the same story without references to Ramayana and it could have made a wonderful read as the jargon used, the story, and the narration are all top class. The way author explained the rules for building a successful enterprise and the ingredients that go into such a wholesome recipe are on point. The only thing lacking for me was this parallel story drawing from an epic and trying to force fit characters and sequences. If you can read the story without referencing to Ramayana, then it makes for an awesome read.

STARTUP SECRETS FROM THE RAMAYANA
BY PRACHI GARG
.
.
.
Ramayan is most loved and popular legend all over the time. It is most read and discussed book and it's magic didn't vanish till now. Every age group read ramayana or watch it's dramatical form on tv. But in present scenario it's relevance is quite important. We discuss about the legend but don't want to follow the wisdom mentioned in this great epic.
.
Prachi garg's startup secrets from the ramayana is a unique step in retelling ramayana is the corporate world environment.
.
Author visualised all the most effective characters in the marketing world. Ram is a business head of kutumb. Lakshman , his loving and dedicated brother stands with him in every situation. Sita, the soulmate of Ram supports him in every step and have equal qualites as Ram have. We also read about the exile which face the trio due to kaikayi's ambitions. But in this book the exile takes a different move. It's all about business and marketing.
.
Ram as his great leadership skills leads kutumb successfully but faces many challenges and defiance but the situation follows the correct path which Ram follows and he emerges as a great leader and entrepreneur.
.
The retelling of events and their fairness according to the story gives a different look. The characterisation and all the business environment created by author follows the real ramayana but the lesson regarding these incidents are more reverent to corporate marketing.
Ramayana's wisdom in the marketing world can be a great thing to be consider, and prachi decoded this perfectly.
.
The formation of book is also interesting. At one side it is Ram's journey but on other side it gives deep knowledge about startups, how to handle them , leadership qualities , money management and all aspects of business.
The most beautiful part I like the the kidnapping of Sita. This part reflects the brilliant creative skills of author. The golden deer , lanka.co , shurpanakha, jambvant, hanuman all are the creative concepts.
.
I like the book. Actually I enjoyed the book because of it's uniqueness and creativity.
It proves to be a good read for ramayana lovers and entrepreneurs.
.
Overall a it is a recommandation from my view.

We all have once thought of starting up a Start-up in our life. But due to some or the other circumstances we have not or some of us have already started.
I myself working in a startup can relate so much that what does it take to start a startup. From finance to entrepreneurship skills, to getting right investors etc.
💥
I recently came across this book which showcases do's and don't's of starting a startup with a touch of mythological characters.
💢💢
Ram was the next door, go-to guy for any advice on business administration. A gold Medallist from a premium management Institute in the country, if there was any business-related problem in Ayodhya, Ram had an answer for it. Ayodhya was his proclaimed kingdom in business, in the grip of his palms, thanks to his loyal customers, family, and associates. It was a dream turning to reality. Until ambitions started overstretching, boundaries started melting and favours became overpromising. Ram could not have imagined up until the big wave hit him, that he would be so instantly betrayed and uprooted by those who he thought to be the closest. Start-up secrets from the Ramayana is the story of ram’s struggle of setting up his business empire from scratch in a span of fourteen years. It took grit, moving out of his comfort Zone, and re-establishing himself with a new identity removed from the hangover of the past.
💢
Best encouraging lines I loved from the book was-
1) It is not very difficult to build a venture. What takes foresight & understanding is sustaining your enterprise, understanding it's strength & weakness & not being afraid to admit when efforts are not giving returns.
💥💥💥💥
The book is a short read and has 14 chapters which will take u to the process and procedure of having a good company. Read it if u want to be a future entrepreneur.

Thanks Prachi Garg for this impressive work. A perfect set of ideology used. The characters of the Ramayana are used quiet well, great observation of your's. The plot of the story is extremely well and the pace is good enough as i thought. Language is also good enough as i am a new reader.

Overall a great combination of everything, a great book.

A quote from the book:
"In the journey of life, it is often the easier choice to stay where you are, continue with what you know and feel happy with the way things are running in your life. But remember, teh day you stop running your life and let it run you, is the day you begin to decay."

An attractive red colored cover which shows the image of lord Ram with his bow and arrow and the title "Startup secrets from Ramayana" gels together pretty well giving the audience on what to expect from the book. I felt there is nothing fancy about both of these Once you read the book both the cover and title would make sense to you.

The book sites a collaborated view of Ramayana and its characters with the entrepreneur world we see now a days. Ram an successful entrepreneur who has successfully graduated from a renowned institution. Lakshman - Ram's brother is reliable and confidant. Sita - Ram's better half has all the qualities Ram requires in the terms of being a good entrepreneur . She does give Ram all the necessary insights and shares he view on what she feels right. The entire plot seems like an old wine in a new bottle where all all of us can relate to the stories our grandmother has told us about Ramayana , but this plot brings in sight on how a successful entrepreneur and his family help him fight all the odds when he is down and out to raise up and above.

The language used in the book is simple and easy to understand. The narrative skills of the author is goods as the author uses the characterization in Ramayana to gel together in the new generation corporate world.

I liked the way the author has described the things in the book . The effective characterization and the pure difference in thing to bring out a plot which actual has all the Ramayana tactics but it is applicable to the current corporate world. There is nothing to be disliked in the book as it is a good one time read for all to-be entrepreneurs

A different approach of pedagogy from an epic

I think the one who is very aspiring and enthusiast will try to infer and relate things they need from whatever means they could and impose them in their chord to achieve success. Maybe this also, one such endeavor by inferring or relating the age-old epic with the business arena. And formulated a thesis upon it. Well, it's always a good approach to look back and take the suppositions from various people's lives or from history but somehow I think the author hasn't substantially made a breakthrough in her trial. Few of the chapters Networking is getting the work done even before it had begun, Making Allies and Acquisitions, Know your competition... can really be termed as the entrepreneurship & business in the plot but claiming clan as business entities in the entire plot is not so captivating. Maybe being a hardcore fan of Ramayana, I can't digest that sort of assertion.

That's why they say:
'यद्भवम तद भवति'
Your inner thoughts make your outer appearance.

Anyways, The cover page of the book is so captivating and is the main reason to opt this after her 'super series' but I was not much satisfied with the content, perhaps I expected a lot 😔. One thing must be admirable that the idea of relating the business by discerning the Ramayana and trying to pick the concepts from it in a different aspect to give it a shade to inspire the budding entrepreneurs through the means of elevating the key notions for success.

Rating: 3/5.

Startup Secrets from the Ramayana by Prachi Garg takes up the storyline of Ramayana and places it in the current context to extricate the concepts of business management from the tale. The empire becomes a business, kidnapping of Sita becomes an espionage plot and the 14-year vanvaas is the setting up of a co-working space. The transformation of the storyline is amazing. Prachi has created a life-like world where you can imagine the events as they take place. The learnings at the end of each chapter are very apt and are a true essence of the basic concept of this book. The various parallels to the epic and this story are very aptly placed and created. I specially loved the one where she recreates Hanuman bringing the Sanjivani booti part of the epic. The flow of the story is gripping, and the climax has been created with the same zeal.

Talking about the characterization, the book is based on the characters of the Ramayana and Prachi has retained the basic essence and the names as is. The modern interpretation of the characters is beautifully done. Be it the law-abiding Ram or the hot-headed Lakshman, she has created them in line with the requirements of the plot and none of them seem out of place. The character of Hanuman as an intern is one of my favorites and the way it has been done is spectacular. A special mention to the way in which the author has used the 9 names of Goddess Durga towards the end of the story.

Overall, a definite recommendation to everyone who in some way or the other is a part of the corporate jungle. It has something for everybody.

Start Up Secrets From The Ramayana
What is it about?
This is not the kind of book you find everywhere. That is one strong reason why I choose to read this book. And in no way was I disappointed. We all know that startup is not easy. There is a lot to do and no guidance at all. This is the major theme explored in this book- the struggles of startup.
But unlike others who just claim that startup is difficult, this book shows you some effectives ways to start your business. And it takes inspiration from the mighty Ram. This book is built around the struggles, mistakes and do’s & don’ts which Ram faces during this 14 year long exile. The author has managed to bring together entrepreneurial genius and mythological knowledge together. The mythology is what amazed me. I had never seen such a close business analysis of Ramayana.
You can some of the other works of the author on entrepreneurship.
What did I like?
• The mythological narration was amazing. This establishes that starting a business was difficult since forever. And there is a lot that can be learnt from the past.
• The language used is simple yet engaging. This makes the book a fun read!
• The cover design is eye-catching.
• This book is full of knowledge. There is a lot that can be learnt from this book.
Would I recommend it?
Of course! If you have ever dreamt of starting a business you should read this book. And if you are on the perils of starting a business, you cannot risk skipping this book. Absorb the knowledge from this book and implement it in real life.

They say that to build an empire is a battle, but to maintain the empire is the bigger endeavor.

Knowing your competition can reveal deep-seated advantages that can come in handy at the right time. It is helpful to have some strategies up your sleeve that you do not go around revealing on public forums without pre-meditative timing. Title : Startup secrets from the Ramayana
Author : Prachi Garg
Publisher : Srishti Publication
Genre : Fiction
Pages : 144
Year of Release : Jan 10

• Startup secrets from the Ramayana is the retelling Ramayana of the corporate world. The way author has decoded all the aspects of business through the epic tale is plausible.

🍂 The book is based on the characters of Ramayana. The story is all about Ram's struggle of setting up his business empire from scratch in a span of fourteen years with Lakshman being his younger brother, closest friend and most loyal companion. Sita, his soulmate, who stands with him in every situation. Ravana his opponent & Hanuman as an intern. Some other important characters like Shurpanakha, Shabri and Vibhishan are also there in the story.

• Every lesson teaches something as at the end of every chapter these is summary of all the pros and cons of decisions providing us valuable insights into entrepreneurship.

🍂 The language is easy to understand. The plot of the book is well developed and the story is relatable as it tells all the problems faced by entrepreneurs in the early phase of business.

• The complete resembles with the original Ramayana was bit off-putting for me but If you can read the story without referencing to Ramayana & think of it as a stand-alone, then it make for an informative read.

A short one time read for those who wants to learn about business strategies.

Thanks for the review copy

Well, to be honest I was interested in this book ever since I came to know of it. Anything that is different from candyfloss love stories catch my mind instantly, and "Startup secrets from the Ramayana" was no different.

Well, naturally a person might assume it to be a book having chapters that has essays or narrations by the author on startup skills and entrepreneurship just the way I did too even after reading the blurb, but to my surprise it's a book involving a lot of primary characters from the Ramayana, with a waft of urbanisation around. Yes, Ram, Laxman, Sita, Ravan, Hanuman, Vivishan, to nams a few aren't characters of mythology here, but people form the business world. The story primary revolves around the companies owned by Ram and Ravan and the various situations that follows whilst allowing the readers an insight into the business world and providing them lessons on how to build a successful startup project.

The cover photo is nice and catchy. The writing style of the author is really nice and appealing making it easier and fun for the readers to read the book. It took me one sitting to complete it pertaining to the fact that I was really hooked to it. Overall, I would say that this book is surely a very good experiment and is very much different from the usual ones and would definitely recommend it to everyone, rather than including only the ones interested in knowing about business skills.

"Startup secrets from the Ramayana" is the story of Ram's struggle of setting up his business empire from scratch in a span of fourteen years. It took grit, moving out of his comfort zone, and re-establishing himself with a new identity removed from the hangover of the past. The stories are inspired from the Ramayana to capture the celebrated wisdom of the God.

This is a today's version of Ramayana, Ram as a entrepreneur, graduated with a gold medal from the most premium management institute of the country & running a business consultancy firm. Laxman, his elder brother & most loyal companion. Sita, his soulmate & having all qualities of a entrepreneur like Ram. Ravana as a well established businessman who was trying to push into Indian market. Many other characters like Hanuman, Shurpanakha, Shabri, Vibhishan etc also included in this story. In short, lessons from Ramayana are applied to business.

Story is about how Ram started his business, how laxman & sita support him, guide him, also all about his competitors, betrayal from own people & how he re-established the empire again. All business related problems are discusses throughout the story. I really impressed by the work of Prachi garg. Characters & theme is same only story is new. Fabulous work.

This book is specially for entrepreneurs. If you are an established businessman or you want to start a business plz do read this book. It will help you to know the possible hurdles coming in the way of business.

When in doubt, search wisdom in the words of God. 'Startup Secrets from the Ramayana' by Prachi Garg is an amazing amalgamation of mythology and entrepreneurship. Ram, the protagonist, an able-minded, hardworking entrepreneur when loses everything he had built up in Ayodhya, he realises it's time to move on and re-establish. How will mythology and entrepreneurship come under one umbrella? In the business world, how do you play with rules?

Honestly, I was not expecting what I read. I never thought that mythology and business could be merged into one book that too with such grace. The author definitely worked hard on this book and her research was on point. The most exciting thing is about discovering how the many mythological instances are connected to a business. Just like most fiction, the excitement increases as the story progresses. Along with this unique factor, the main concept of the book - a self-help guide for entrepreneurs was very well put-out.

At the end of each chapter, there is a proper guideline that sums up the fictional chapter. Except for a few instances where the story slumped a bit, it flowed beautifully. I thoroughly enjoyed reading it.

Overall, a book that I would specifically recommend to entrepreneurs and upcoming businessmen. It is great for self-help. Mythology lovers could check it out, but it doesn't seem as useful to them.

A good retelling does not have to be sexy, to boldly go into a setting where no version has gone before. The epics contain enough depth to support the most complex investigations into human nature. A good retelling will find its way upstream to the source and Prachi Garg shows us how to do that in Startup Secrets From The Ramayana.
As the name suggests the book is an entrepreneurial fiction based on the Indian epic Ramayana. Author’s attempt at reinterpretation of the epic into a modern business tale where startup ideas bloom is commendable and highly relatable through the character names and familiar plot of the story due to its link to our mythology.
The protagonist characters like Ram Laxman and Sita have been reincarnated successfully in modern setting of marketing world. Inspite of Ram’s great leadership skills he has to face many challenges and obstacles but it is his choices to follow the correct path which makes him a great leader and entrepreneur. The portrayal of Laxman as the loyal brother and supporter and Sita as soulmate offers a refreshing spin to the age-old tell.
The formation of the book offers deep knowledge about startups leadership qualities , money management and all aspects of business and marketing world by merging it with events in the story in a very innovative and creative manner.
Overall the book proves to be a must have of young entrepreneurs who would like to gain some insight of the business world in entertaining manner.

"They say that to build an empire is a battle,
but to maintain the empire is the bigger endeavor." One of my favourite lines from the chapter 'Better and Worse.'
~
'Startup Secrets From The Ramayana" is a book of 132 pages written by Prachi Garg, published by Shristi publishers. The difficulties and their solutions in the path of the business is showcased in the novel.
~
The whole narrative of the real characters of the mythological book 'Ramayana' is discussed in through the character of this story where..........Sita, Ram's soulmate who shares the same ideologies as him. How a business progresses with traditional and ethical values are presented in this novel. But then again, how can a story like this which such close reference to the real mythological story be considered completed without Ravan. So we are also introduced to a character of Ravan who, while playing the antagonist of the novel attempts every other way to destroy Ram's business.
~
This book gives a knowledge of leadership qualities, faith and money management. The logo Golden dear of the Head Hunter of Ravan's business built with hatred and deceit.
~
The title is totally apt showcasing the startup culture and co-working ethics. The cover is very attractive displaying two worlds where one belonging to the world of Ramayan and the other to the modern world.
~
All in all a good book to read especially for entrepreneurs. 'Culture is key' was one of my favourite chapter.
