I know it's not really correct and it's not a Clyde Barr book but I thought I would share my thoughts anyway. There is a new book in the making. I have been a fan of Erik Storey for quite some time and have enjoyed his Clyde Barr stories. Sadly I recently found out they have been discontinued due to low sales. Shame on you readers! Then out of the blue I got in contact with Erik and was offered to beta read his latest book. It's a no brainer what the answer would be. I have now read and enjoyed this work titled Cathedral Bluffs, it's a story about people from different places in society and greed and also gun violence. In my mind it's a great book and I sincerely hope he will land a publisher for it. It deserves to be read by many. We get to follow a couple of different people who is struggling with their finances and all of a sudden there's a reward for a piece of a downed satellite, it could be the answer to the problems for a lot of them. Sadly many is driven by greed to collect and is not afraid to use violence to succeed. It's a dark story but there is also a trust in humanity. I have had some great exchanges with the author and will continue to monitor his writings. For those that wonder, I have his ok to publish my thoughts on this book. Many thanks to Erik Storey for letting me read this work and I hope ther will be more books in the future
