story is fine but…

The typos were worse in the second book than the first. If there was a third, I wouldn’t even try reading it. Please fix it. You could be doing so much better.

Good Series

The story continues with Gus, JT, Hannah and Tyrone surviving the Cabin to new dangers with the reverend and his followers. I enjoyed this part but found it dragging on too much. I kept waiting for the reverend to be found out, killed or eaten because he was clearly a fake. I couldn't believe how easily Hannah was to mislead so soon after the last episode. Poor Tyrone was doomed from the start but I was hoping that somehow in the end he would've been immune but that didn't happen. Thankfully Gus is still around because he's the humor in all this. I would like to have seen what happened to the townspeople in the end though. My guess is they didn't make it since their leader was gone. Now I'm ready to get into part 3.

Humans at Their Worst and Best.

I enjoyed the book and seeing humans that became evil and those that were good worked to triumph over evil. I was a bit upset that Hannah was so easily fooled and just forgot about the people she cared about. To me her pretending to go along would have been better. Just hate seeing the female lead get turned into the dumb little woman by an evil powerful man. If I was JT I would have nothing to do with her after the way she acted. Turning her into a confused little woman instead of using her pain to make her stronger bothered me as a female reader.

Zombies and the Crazy Power Mad People!

So our tiny group that coalesced at “Safe Haven” got out of there… minus a few. And manage to get themselves caught up with an even crazier, much larger threat. Without making spoilers, I can’t say much else.
It definitely gives you pause about your own, personal chances of apocalyptic survival. I think it is very likely that there will be a lot of wolves donning sheep’s clothing! So be wary, should things like a zombie or EMP (or a thousand other scenarios) apocalypse should come to pass. This series is still eminently enjoyable, and I’m bouncing straight into the next book… catch up!

Not as good as the first one but still a pretty good read! Thought Charlie was the better “bad guy” than the reverend and I also enjoyed the climax of events at the church. Feel like the next one (hopefully there is one) will be a brutal slug fest between the main characters. Also Gus shined through again in his reduced character but I get what they’re trying to do there with his injuries.

Enjoyable Reading

This continuing saga was excellent. Just as entertaining as the previous book. However, it had a lot of errors and needed to be proofread before publishing. Again, this did not detract too much from the great tale these authors laid out. I've already purchased book three.

A whole lot of typos and a whole lot of the worst examples of Christianity shoved down your throat. Horrible decision making by the main characters that I think derailed any development from the first book. This book drags on too long I think. The next in the series is definitely better if you can make it through this one.

I enjoyed the first book in the series, the second was even better to me! I love zombie books and these guys might be the heirs to the zombie throne in my opinion!

Not as good as the first, I think the main characters being separated hurt the story some.

A decent follow up to the first one, the Hannah/Albright relationship was suspenseful awaiting to see if they would hook up!

Not as good as the first story, but it was still an interesting read. Hannah was frustrating in this book! Loved the fight between Randall and Charlie, really wanted more out of Jelly!

good

I enjoyed book one and two of this series but I have to mention that there are some editing issues that make the flow a little rough but otherwise I enjoyed it

Great series

I have read part 1 and 2. Now I need to find the next part. Great series to be read in the middle of all these books on zombies. Thank you for writing. Onto the next.

Typos drove me crazy.

I don't like how the story skipped events and then came back to them later.
I like the characters and the way they hesitant because that seemed realistic. Assuming people would do something without hesitation doesn't seem realistic for everyone.
