Izel, Izzy ad she is called, is the Lead Protector of her coven. Born of a witch mother and a fae father, the only thing that can disturb her in her role is her long formulated wish to find her fated mate. However, the kidnapping of some of her coven mates and the lack of response to her multiple requests from the underworld council keep her from giving all her attention to her personal needs and wishes. After all duty comes first.
But does it really when the underworld council finally answers her request in the form of three eye candy cougar shifters who also happen to be her fated mates?
The author has written a fantastic story about what it means to take your role in a community seriously when others survival depend on you.
The plot is brilliantly conceived, filled with love, lust, sex, action, battles and many twists and turns that involve closely both the Seelie and the Unseelie Fae Royal Heads, making it a 5 Stars rated page turner.

I found the title intriguing so I wanted to give it a go.
For such a short read it included a lot of sex, I would have preferred more back story and world building. Especially since they were meant to be rescuing someone and the main character was distracted until she had sex, I thought the priorities were a bit skewed.
It also did not explain why she had three mates. Is this normal?

Other than that though the characters were intriguing and what I knew of the world interested me. It flowed well and I would continue reading this series.

Jaguar shifters. witches, secrets, wicked king, fae and crocodile. But also passionate love and friendship. Plot idea is interesting. However I didn’t completely like this story, but that’s just personal point of view.

Amazing short story that left you wanting more. AC Wilds always gives us such strong FMC that take no crap from anyone. The connection to the guys were great and the sex was hot. I can’t wait to see if this turns into a full series

After waiting 50 years to find her mate, Izel gets 3! Just as she is needing help to find missing witches, she is sent 3 cougar underworld warriors. This short little novella includes steam with Izel and her mates, mystery as they search for the missing witches, and action! It is a nice little introduction/prequel to the Changer Series.

This story was originally published in "Saved Between the Sheets: An Anthology of Stories that Get to the Point"
In this story you have some very sexy time, lots of love, and hard core action. Missing witches, Izel (lead protector of witches), 3 sexy underworld warriors, a crocodile shifter, unseelie king and queen, what could go wrong? The Changer is mentioned at the end of this story. Something tells me that this novella has to do with the "Changer Series*.
