Good review for amateur homebrewers and a reference guide for expert homebrewers. There are a few tips and tricks that are not in the usual beginner's guides. Well worth the time to read for homebrewers and brewery owners.

Great read

What a great book, I shall be definitely trying to brew some of the recipes in it after converting the ingredients into English equivalent.
