This is a wonderful story about second chances. It’s written so that the story flows easily and keeps you captivated and wanting more.
Adam made a mistake that lands him in jail , and while there he meets Johnny. Through their friendship Adam meets Johnny’s sister Lucy.
Lucy is a kind person who works hard and has a wonderful and caring heart. She believes in helping people and giving second chances.
Adam and Lucy will keep you wanting more as they build their friendship.
Thank you Julie Thorpe for another wonderful romance novel. I recommend this as a must read.

This sweet story is sure to get you in the Christmas spirit! I absolutely enjoyed the journey these two took of second chances, friendship, and a new relationship. I’m
Anxious to hopefully read a future story of these two and hopefully about Johnny and his second chance.

Side note... now I’m craving snickerdoodles!

Made With Love by Julie Thorpe was one of the best second chance books I have read in a while! You will fall in love with Lucy and Adam as they go for their "Happily Ever After". This story pulled me in from the beginning and once I started reading I did not want to stop! This story has everything I look for in a second chance type novel and I just loved how Ms. Thorpe brought Lucy and Adam together and showed their relationship progression!!!

Sorry this book wasn't for me. I'm not sure what year it was supposed to be set it, but it felt very old fashioned with they way they spoke. The constant repeating of thoughts then to spoken lines made me fill like they were just filling pages. The grammatical errors were too much for me, and I'm not normally one to point those out, but repeated mistakes were too much. I really feel this book has so much potential if maybe it had seen an editor or two. The story line was one I was anxious to read, but to me the book falls short. The scene about Snicker doodles threw me off as well. I'm assuming these aren't a common cookie from wherever the author is from, because these are very popular so to tell me that they are a real cookie at the end was a shock.

LOVED it

this was amazing julie! I read it throughout one day because it was just so cheery and heartwarming and un-putdownable! you create such well rounded ‘real’ characters and really well paced stories, which are so addictive to read. Can’t wait for the next one :)

This is the first book I've read by this Author and I have to say I enjoyed it. I didn't quite know what to expect, because the cover didn't really give anything away and I jumped in head first. Adam and Lucy are a match made in heaven, their story is lovely. Adam had made mistakes and Lucy gives him a second chance at life. The romance unfolds slowly throughout the book. It is a clean romance.

Need more of Adam and Lucy.

Adam has being in jail after an accident landed a man in a hospital. He is full of regret since he learned the consequences of his actions. But soon he will join society again and he has no one on his side. His only family wants nothing to do with him.

Lucy has being keeping herself busy with her businesses and hasn’t wanted a relationship after her last one. But a letter from her brother might change that, even if she doesn’t know it.

Adam deserves a second chance in society and Lucy is making sure he gets that.
