Luís Preto is a high level Jogo do pau (a portuguese stick fighting martial art) trainer and sport performance specialist.

In this book he addresses coaching combat tactics for fencing arts such as parries, foot work and counter-attack. He applies a very scientific approach to training while maintaining a battleground test as way to see what really works.

It will not show a system or a whole approach on stick fighting but it will enlighten some very sound problems the average fighter usually encounters.

Recommended.
