I have been reading from Lauren Brown's 1979 original publication of "Grasses" since 1993, and have found it to be a very valuable addition to all my other nature studies guides.

A quite useful guidebook. I was hesitant at first because the illustrations are basic line drawings, but the descriptions and specific distinguishing details are precise and exacting; I've turned to this manual many times.
