Gosh, I wasn't expecting this volume to hit me so hard, but it did and I love it because of that.

It is the big resolution and great climactic ending of this arc and it really delivered in that front. It was thrilling and deep and quite emotional in all the right ways. And the depth that it adds to the overall story is beautiful.

Seeing Takemichy take on these insurmountable odds will never cease to be one of my favorite things. He may not be able to fight but he can be quite badass and inspiring and cool all the same. And he was truly the MVP of the moment.

The whole Shiba messed up dynamic... well, it was truly messed up, and seeing them be able to find their resolutions made me really happy. I think it all tuned the best way it cool and that it was the most liberating and empowering thing that could have happened.

Also, Yuzuha? I ADORE her. In a few chapters, she became quite an amazing character and gave us some VERY interesting turns.

I think that the biggest endorsement I can give this volume is the fact that I cried a lot through it all for various different reasons and they were all, surprisingly, happy. It's one of my favorite volumes so far.

you don't know pain until you're reading a chapter and all of a sudden the next panel is a character with tears rolling down their face likeee this volume was getting me a bit emotional i can't lie.
(also how tf are mikey and draken so strong like it's baffling).

cried the whole time. god gives his hardest battles to his strongest soldiers i guess

this volume is for those who want to feel their heart being wrenched out of their bodies, while they experience every single emotion possible - from empathy to complete and utter anger & heartbreaking. it truly served everything

esta vaina es puro dolor, bronca, tragedia, angustia, cliffhangers... me encanta es mi tipo de historia aunque al final termine llorando por un mes o más tiempo

Damn, I'm so fricken sleepy earlier but I refused to close my eyes without finishing just at least one book. So, I was supposed to read only this volume today (MY READING SLUMP IS STARTING AGAAAAIN) but then they got Hina on a fricken cliffhanger!!! NOW I WANT TO GO AHEAD AND OPEN THE NEXT VOLUME AUGH I HATE MYSELF AND WAKUI! How am I supposed to sleep with that cliffhanger bothering my mind?! But damn, I'd really hate it if I fall asleep reading halfway.

Ustedes no se imaginan lo difícil que fue para mi seguir leyendo este volumen con tantas lagrimas en mis ojos, este manga está lleno de personajes increíbles con desarrollos muy bien escritos, y no me canso de decir lo mucho que AMO a Takemichi, que gran protagonista es, quiero protegerlo de todo mal.

I have the same MBTI and enneagram as the character I'm attached to (ENFP 2w3) which just proves that Matsuno Chifuyu BEST BOY!

و اینم از جلد دوازدهم مانگایtokyo revengers....
این جلد خیلی خیلی بینظیر بود و میتونم بگم بهترین جلد سری تا حالا بود و واقعا نبردی که تاکه میچی و بقیه با تایجو داشتن نشون دهنده تلاش و اقتدار تومان بود و باز هم مایکی به داستان برگشت و با یک برگشت شگفت انگیز داستان رو بهتر کرد و دوباره بعد از چند جلد تومان باهم (بعضی هاشون)یکی شدن و با بلک دراگونز نبرد کردن که بی شک من خیلی این ارک رو دوست داشتم....
و پایان جلد که منو هم خیلی خوشحال و هم خیلی شوکه کرد و کلا توکیو ریونجرز سری هست که جلد به جلد پیشرفت میکنه و پایان هرجلدش شمارو وادار به خوندن جلد بعد میکنه و هیچ وقت شور اشتیاقتون رو برای خوندنش ازدست نمیدین و تا جایی که منتشر شده رو یک پشت میخونید(مثل من)....
این مانگا رو به هیچ وجه از دست ندید...

Acá se tocan dos temas interesantes, el primero (que algo se dejaba ver con Kisaki) es que nadie es malvado porque sí, puede que haya llegado a ser por las razones equivocadas y en el caso de Taiju por canalizar mal sus emociones en su fuerza bruta. El segundo tiene que ver con la familia y muchas veces nos vemos obligados a participar de dinámicas violentas o tóxicas porque es lo que nos tocó, situación que se hace muy difícil cuando las víctimas no tienen poder alguno sobre el victimario.

Al final se deja ver como el significado de la familia se puede recomponer en quienes estarán ahí para ti, que puede o no, tener el lazo sanguíneo.

¿Cómo es que la navidad se volvió tan violenta... Y tan emocional a la vez?

De nuevo, una montaña rusa ante mis ojos. Creo que lloré por lo menos 3 veces durante este tomo y cada vez por distintos personajes.

Amo el poder de la amistad y por eso este tipo de historias me enganchan tanto y llenan mi corazón desde el primer momento. Por lo mismo, no puedo (ni quiero) evitar meterme tanto en cada página y sentir cada emoción como si fuera mía y en este capítulo verdaderamente empaticé tanto con ellos que resultó doloroso a la vez.

ahhh i got emotional during this one... all of yuzuha's scenes, as well as takemicchi's speech to hakkai in the church, are definitely gonna make me cry once they get animated.

i also loved the moment when hakkai owned up to his cowardice and everyone was like yeah you definitely suck, but we've all done things we're not proud of and we're not going to abandon you just bc of that.

themes such as choosing your family with your heart and not your blood, character arcs that culminate in "you're not alone," "you don't have to shoulder this burden by yourself," and the like... those really hit home.
