His past holds family he must protect.

Her present is full of promise and hope and love.

But their future is ready to be seized.

Three strands of time, Magnus has one priority — keep it all from unraveling.

Magnus said, “There are always the same stars, mo reul-iuil.”

“Always.”

Then I added, “And way over there, past the horizon, beyond what you can see, is a castle. It’s called Kilchurn, and a boy was born there. He grew up in the shadows of a mountain named Ben Cruachan.” I glanced at him from the corner of my eye.

He smiled, staring out across the lake. “Och, say it once more.”

“Ben Cruachan, my love. We are together staring out on the horizon of our worlds at the point in the distance where your time entangles mine and your home meets my own. And just inside this house lies your son, sweetly sleeping, the past, present, and future..."

Breathtaking

I didn't want to leave a review until I'd read all 10 books, probably as I devoured them one after the other and didn't want to stop.
What a fantastic story, such a rollercoaster of emotion, but brilliant from the first chapter in book one. I loved Kaitlyn as her character was just great, she's a very sassy lady in the beginning until she meets Magnus. Who I think I fell in love with myself.
There's great characters through the whole series. I would recommend this book to anyone, and dare them not to like them.

Now I've just got to wait for the next book. (Sigh)

A book series that never failed to deliver

Diane Knightly has delivered perfection again with book number 10 of the Kaitlyn and Magnus story. The only negative I can imagine giving it is that it had to end. These books have made me laugh, cry, hold my breath in worry and fall in love with a myriad of characters that stay planted in my thoughts long after I close the cover on the latest chapter in their adventures. Do yourself a favour and begin with book one. Once you start you won't want to quit.

Very engaging

Author Diane Knightly redeems herself with each book in this series, creating more 3 dimensional characters and intrigue. Multiple love stories and wars across centuries add to the adventures as each character wrestles with their loyalties. I have enjoyed getting lost in this time travel series and look forward to reading Book 11, the last in the saga. I will be sorry to say goodbye to Kaitlyn and the Highlander and their extended family.

Another amazing book in the Kaitlyn and the Highlander series! I love how this is the first book where their family gets proper happiness for some time without the past and the future chasing them. Yet there is drama in the past and future that Magnus and Kaitlyn must do something about. The last 30 pages of the book were actually creepy, like horror movie-creepy. But the good kind of creepy. Exciting. And I was almost shaking as I was reading about it.

She did it again

As usual, Diana Knightly delivers. This book wove the threads of a new love and strengthened the bonds of the older one. An interlude in the hectic pace this story, like the eye of the hurricane, Hannah, this book was exactly what the story line needed.

An enjoyable time travel trip. I highly recommend it

Our shared horizon

Diana Knightley has done it again. This book is as great as the others. Can't wait till the next book of the series is released. I could read about Kaitlyn and Magnus forever. Great books and I suggest everyone read Mrs. Knightley books if they want a good read

I love how all the characters in Diana Knightley's mature and change and grow. In the first book, Kaitlyn is a very young and immature early 20 something. From book one to book ten, she has grown, matured, and become the mf'ing matriarch!! I am so very vested in all the well-developed, rich characters. I'm so glad we are not yet at journey's end with Kaitlyn, Magnus, and their extended family

Wonderful and amazing and awesome book!!! I love these characters. Magnus is just a hunk of love with his accent and his love. And his funny pregnant wife . Then the best friend cracks me up with her hunk of love. Great friendships in this book. Funny, heartwarming. Everything this author writes is gold.

Another Great Reset

Time travel, love & war. Desire for peace and knowing that war stands between the two in 3 different times.
Loving the expansion of the orbiting characters as well as in this one some truths about the highs and lows as well as the all abiding love a new baby can bring

This entire series is all consuming

Book 10. Exciting, worrisome, soothing. Read in one day, unable to stop, but I didn't want it to end. A 💘 story for the ages. Don't want to give anything away but I hate the ending.

A Book you cannot put Down

There are surprises; wins; new challenges and many times of danger. Hold on, it’s a win or lose with no in between. This is right up there as one of the best in the series.
