One culprit down, a whole institute to go. Finally free from the burden of being blamed for draining witches, I find myself in another spot of bother. The institute is coming for me. Hard. Apparently, as an Illusionist witch with an unusual talent, I've attracted the attention of a powerful, yet illegal, institute who want to harness my power to fight against the humans. My new family from the academy will do anything to stop them getting to me, even if it means an attack on the very place I now call home and school. Can I defeat the institute before any of my friends are hurt? Or will they be taken down with me? This is the last instalment in the Undercover Witch Academy

Undercover Witch Academy; Third Year is book three and the finale in Rachel Medhurst’s Undercover Academy series. If you haven’t read First Year and Second Year, stop now go back read them, then read this book. It is HIGHLY recommended that you do so, as this book is going to explode your mind with all the revelations and answers we have all been leading up to.
This book continues on from where Second Year ends, with Frankie revealing that his isn’t a Barkeep but an undercover cop. Alishia just can’t seem to catch a break, she is forever being on alert waiting for something else to happen, first it was the Snake-Napper/Killer, then Damian draining Witches magic, now the Institute is going all out and trying to take her. Alishia, Dracian, Helissa, James, Professor Seaton, Mrs Hinley, Devon and Frankie must worked together to bring down the Institute before they get Alishia. But it’s not going to be easy.
This was the conclusion we have all been waiting for, I was on the edge of my seat, I just couldn’t get enough. I devoured it in one sitting it was so addictive and I was determined to find out what was going to happen. It was fast paced, action packed with so many secrets and revelations revealed. The characters were relatable, loyal and true friends. I loved the quirkiness, witty and sarcasm comments made throughout the book, it brought balance to what was going on. Well done, I really enjoyed this series and I recommend it to anyone who is a fan of Urban Fantasy & Paranormal Fantasy.
The third book continues where the last ended. Alishia takes steps to take down the Institut. The institut is very aggressiv in trying to kidnap Alishia. So, Alishia has to stay on her toes to conter the attacks and to go in the offensive. Meanwhile, the relationship of Dracian and Alishia takes the next step, they are officially boyfriend and girlfriend. Dracian is not letting her out of his sights and Alishia needs every help she can get. It was just a bit too short. There was so much excitement and action, I couldn't stop reading since I wanted to know what happens and who the villian is. Also, there were some inconsequences which were confusing and a bit annoying. For example, Alishia and Dracian meet Devon who has information on their parents. Dracian is looking at Devon since she is talking about his father. Suddenly, Alicia becomes jealous out of nowhere and snaps at Devon. This was just totally weird because in the next second it was forgotten. So, what?! All in all, it was a really interesting series and there are other series who play in the same world.
This final book of the trilogy is a real page-turner. As the Institute becomes more desperate to acquire Alicia and her special skills, it becomes evident that no one at the Academy is safe. Devon and her agents become involved and a plot to take down the Institute once and for all begins to be hatched. Secrets are revealed, romances blossom and villains are brought low. All in all, this was a most satisfying conclusion to a story line that's kept me guessing and coming back for more through three semi-related series now. I can't wait to see what Rachel Medhurst has in store for us next.
I've enjoyed this series (although I must admit Devon is my favorite), but I'm not sure if this is the end or not. Sure the bad guys were stopped, but the students still have at least another year to go at the school.
This book was good, but it wasn't exceptional. There were a few occasions when I felt the author could have done more showing and less telling. The action wasn't as exciting as some of her other books. Overall, it was a decent book and there's nothing specific I would criticize. I just didn't love it.
I love this world that the Hunter Witch Agency, Paranormal MI-5 and the Undercover Witch Academy are written in. Alishia is being hunted and her friends and teachers are not about to let it happen. The Institute is a force that takes without giving anything back and they don't care who they hurt. I love the surprises and twists that keep things hopping. I'm hoping that even though this is the end of this series it won't be the end of stories in this world. I requested an advanced reader copy and am under no obligation to leave this review.
A thrilling ending for a pulse-pounding trilogy. Ailisha is terrified. She knows the institute is bringing all their agents together in order to find and capture her. But, how can five witches (one of whom has no magical power of her own) stand against hundreds of witches whose only goal is to capture her? Read on to find out how everything ends in the exciting conclusion of Undercover Witch Academy.
This is the third and final book in the Undercover Witch academy series and I am sad to see it end. I really enjoyed the character Alisiha and how she handles everything that is thrown at her. The flow of all the books is perfect and you never lose track of the story throughout the entire series. I voluntarily reviewed a complimentary copy of this book
An exhilarating ending to a great series. Alishia and her friends are in the middle of a terrible witch hunt with Alisha being the prize. This book has a lot of intense action packed into it. There are also answers to many of the questions left by the other two books. This was a quick read as it was hard to put down.
I was hooked! It grabbed me from the beginning picking up where the last book left off and taking things to a whole new level of suspense and action. I enjoyed the fast paced and loved the unpredictable ending. It wasn’t what I expected but completely satisfying!
2.5 stars. Like the other books in the series it was ok but there wasn’t anything that wowed. It was predictable and had some typos. Least successful of the trilogy.
The story as a whole was good but the conclusion was a little short. All of a sudden it’s all over. It seems to me that the story could have a little more info at the end.
