For someone who wants to expand and grow their photography experience, the is an excellent book. It is written in a clear and concise manner and is very easy to understand. The author does not get to technical so everyone can understand what he is telling us. It is a step by step process that teaches us about the camera and then grows on how to really use the camera to become a more confident photographer.
The multiple authors have produced a wide-ranging book on the various aspects of photography that should appeal to novice and advanced photographers. It provides information on the basics of the camera, different types of photography, the business and creative sides, and much more.
This book has so many grammatical errors it was painful to try and read. It also does not have many photo examples or illustrations which would be helpful in demonstrating some of the concepts it tried to describe, particularly since it was written so poorly.
Nice book covering all the aspects of modern photography.Must have for budding photographers.Detailed and precise writing..Model wise illustrations may be added.
Ok, first: there's a lot of content here and for me, as a beginner who just bought a DSLR for the first time, some of it is pretty good. The book seems to be oriented towards aspiring professionals in the field, with sections devoted to stuff like finding work, setting up a company, etc.
Now, my major criticism is with the non-existing editing. The same information can be found in more than one location, and the mistakes can make it difficult at times to understand the point. E.g.: "A go way to get closer to street photography is by inspire yourself or freeing your imagination. For example, what some movies and pay attention on the way to film the camera had".
For photography beginners who aren't looking to go pro, I'd say there are a few selected chapters that are relevant, the others can be skipped.
