A disgraced alien king on the run...
A human female detective determined to find him...
A fated love neither expected!

Since the Trilyn’s made their pact with the people of Earth, Prince Akrawn has been struggling to find his genetically compatible human mate while also dealing with distrust from his own brothers.

When an apparent misunderstanding makes Prince Akrawn public enemy number one, rather than face the legal ramifications on Earth or return to his home planet, he chooses to disappear into the streets of San Francisco, but the human authorities aren’t going to let him go that easily.

Brilliant SFPD Detective Catherine “Cat” O’Shea is tasked with tracking him down with the assistance of her AI. While Cat learns more about Akrawn and starts to believe he may not be responsible for the crime he’s accused of, she has no idea he’s using the same technology to spy on her and has become fascinated with the tenuous and beautiful woman.

Forced on the run together by a nefarious entity set on destroying them and gaining control over the Trilyn, can Akrawn and Cat see past all the reasons they may be wrong for each other to the truth of their destiny?

Alien Aladdin is part of the Trilyn Alien Fairy Tales Series. This is a science fiction romance story features a fearless human female detective and a dominant alien prince trying to get home. This is a page-turning science fiction full-length novel that has no cliff-hanger, no cheating, and a guaranteed happy ending!

Prince Akrawn is being framed, his computer tech skills are being sabotaged and he is supposed to be finding his mate. Catherine, Cat O'Shea of the SFPD is assigned to capture the alien criminal, but there is trouble at every turn. There is a mysterious person/entity trying to destroy Akrawn in particular. Prince Akrawn is sure that Cat is his fated mate, Cat isn't so sure. There is a lot of action, a lot of twists and turns in the story and a bit too much of the technical jargon that I did my best to skim over but in the end, it was a good story of aliens, humans and AI to keep you turning the pages.

I would say this is the turning point in the Trilyn stories.

Arkwan is a introvert with a brilliant mind. He may be abrupt and not good socialising, but he is brilliant in so many other ways. Cat is the perfect mate for him. as a cop, she is also all about work and no play. no time for the socialising, just work. Arkwan and Cat find themselves at each other's throats, but in the end, they find solstice in each other.

This is a turning point to me for the Trilyn, as it marks how serious tension is getting between the humans and the Trilyn Princes. We almost see Arkwan die, his father turn their back on the Princes because of politics, and AI's become sentient. We also see the Princes ALMOST lose their chance to find their mates. Tensions run high, people get killed and yet others don't take these things seriously. If the other Princes don't find their Mates, Humans think the universe will be better without the Trilyns.

I think this is the most in-depth story so far, and look forward to reading the next in this series

Another hit by Zara Zenia

I really enjoy revisiting fairy tales that have been reimagined. Ms Zenia does and excellent job with a tale of an Aladdin and his princess to be. While there is a slight drag on the story that fills in info on AI computers it is an outstanding premise that an AI program can be the antagonist. Very good job Zara!! I started with book four so now I’m going to go and read the series from the beginning!

Entertaining

Not my favorite of the books so far, but entertaining. I just didn’t think the details of this story matched the previous books. It made me confused at this times. As a stand-alone book it was action packed and fun.

Is this love?
This is the question that Cat keeps asking herself throughout the story. She questions what love should look like or feel like because she has never experienced love before. I like Zara’s attention to detail, her descriptions of the Trilyans, the AI, coding and computer science, and future Earth. Catherine or Cat as she is called is a strong-minded heroine. She is in law enforcement. She doesn’t believe that love and marriage is for her. Akrawn, the Trilyan Prince, is the geeky alpha hero. The Trilyans have given Earth’s governments technology that is better for the environment and also so Trilyans can find a match to marry and regenerate their species. Cat find sherself the arresting officer of Akrawn. Akrawn is an unlikely criminal as he doesn’t need to steal anything since he is a very wealthy prince. He is also the master programmer for all the technology given to Earth. Akrawn and Cat spend a lot of time trying to find who is framing him and trying to destroy the relationship between their governments. The subplots make for an interesting story. Cat and Akrawn work together to find the saboteur and finally get an HEA. I liked this story.

What do you do when an alien prince has offended a alien race and seem to have stolen cultural artifact? Why are you call in San Francisco Police Department law-enforcement officer Cat O’shea. From then on it is crazy about finding a mate, refusing to be a mate and trying to find a crazy self learning virus that is out to kill organic beings. This book was very interesting and entertaining, it had a lot of intricate explanations for those who are computer techs and those who are not. There is an action-packed scenes and some very romantic scenes in scienes that are “just darn right unbelievable “. But then again , if you are old enough to remember the movie, “Electric Dreams”, it will prepare you for aliens and alive s of learning programs. I liked it. HEA with an interesting flair.

A compelling sci-fi mystery romance !
by sewsummore

This was a compelling story to read with science fiction and mystery romance combined. An alien Prince is charged with the theft of a three thousand year necklace. SFPD Inspector Cat O"Shea is tasked with his capture only to find that he has been framed of the crime and wants her for his mate. Add in a hidden agenda by a former alien lover that has the future of both races in doubt and you have a book that will keep you reading till the end.

Alien Aladdin by Zara Zenia is a book that is part of the Trilyn Alien Fairy Tales Series. In this alien fairy tale on Earth, alien Trilyn Prince Akrawn has been set up for theft of a museum artifact and the San Francisco Police Detective assigned to arrest him is Catherine “Cat” O’Shea. This story is full of intrigue, mystery, suspense, adventure, and romance. It was so exciting how the whole story built until the very end. Plus, the sensual heat between Prince Akrawn and Cat was off the charts. The pages practically sizzled. This is definitely a wonderful and unusual remake of the Aladdin fairy tale that I give 5 + stars. Alien Aladdin is an intriguing mystery and romance.

I love this series by Zara Zenia this is the fourth book in the Trilyn Alien Fairy Tale series. Just like the preceding books it's a fast-paced adventure full of action,danger,twist/turns, there are plenty of enemies, chaos and misunderstandings. Of course with a stubborn Prince and on the run for a "crime" he didn't commit and the heroine being the police officer after him. She shows so much strength and courage, struggles to trust him and learn the truth. There is plenty of romance, passion/lust and love in the instant attraction between these two characters. This is a standalone book that will keep you glued to it from start to finish.

Prince Akrawn is a Trilyn prince on earth looking for his mate. He is falsely accused of stealing the Wesekh Collar, a rare and valuable necklace. He is deserted by his family, and has to go into hiding. Detective Catherine O’Shea is given the job of finding and arresting him - but when they meet, sparks fly. Will he be able to prove his innocence? And is Cat his mate? How will they be able to survive when someone who is plotting against him forces them to go on the run together? Loved it!

Grumpy alien tech prince Akrawn, was to live the adventure of his life despite his disgust toward the human ways. Framed and hunted looked like he was not alone because with a sort of AI’s and a sexy and smart agent he would discover the truth behind the threat to humans and Trilyn’s. Not easy for Akrawn and Cat to deal with their attraction and the difference in their races. Liked the action, the interesting characters, the suspense, the chemistry and the amusing situations with the AIs. A mystery that had many ramifications, twists and suspects and kept me enjoying until the end.

A very sweet book.
Awkrawn has an extremely smooth tongue. Sometimes, overly smooth...
But Cat, with her attitude was able to resist easily until even she could only melt to mush.
Aside from the twists and turns of figuring out who sabotaged Awkrawns work, which you might actually learn some things of you can follow all the jargon, this book was steamy.
Im excited for the next Trilyn Prince book.
Happy reading!

This is part of the Trilyn Alien Fairy Tales series a well written story that kept me turning pages. Trilyn Prince Akrawn and human SFPD Detective Catherine “Cat” O’Shea will have a lot to overcome to get their happy ending. There is Akrawn's Father, a person out to hurt the royal family, misunderstandings, suspense, drama, danger, A1's that are more than they seem, and romance. I hope ther are going to be more books to come. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Prince Akrawn receives a gift right before a dinner party. Unbeknownst to him it is stolen. He goes on the run. He is on the planet to find his mate since the women were almost wiped out on his planet from a disease. A government agent named Cat goes after him and after she is framed too they both end up on the run. You have a lot of humor, suspense, excitement, drama, emotional situations and so much more. I love this series so far. A really fun relaxing read. I highly recommend it. I review this copy I voluntarily received.

I’m a big fan of Zara Zenia’s stories and I’m adding this one to my collection and it’s on my to read again shelf, it’s a fantastic story about Prince Akrawn who is on the run he’s been set up for a crime he didn’t commit, then there’s detective Cat who is assigned to capture the prince but she finds out that he is innocent so now she is on the run with him. Together they sort through the lies and deceit and eventually fall in love, I loved these two characters and their quirks and I highly recommend this book it’s definitely well worth the read.

Second installment in the ‘fairytale series’ and this time it’s Prince Akrawn’s tale. Oh, how the mighty has fallen! He looks down on the earth females but ended up falling and being mated to one. But their adventure is not an easy one, Cat is a detective who was ordered to find the accused, Prince Akrawn. A tangled tale set to be unraveled.

I voluntarily offered to review this book with no obligations and my opinions are honest!
This was a great book !
Prince Akrawn is on the run for a crime he did not commit.
SFPD Detective Cat is assigned to apprehend the fugitive prince.
Then the table turn, and both are on the run.
They will have to join forces to solve this mystery of how or what want both of them out of the way.
Loved the characters + the storytelling !
It has all the ingredients that you need for a great book!

I really enjoyed reading this story. It's a very well written book. The characters are rounded and real. There are plenty of twists and turns to keep the readed interested. Also lots of hot spicy sexy scenes. This is the middle of a series but that does not matter as I have not read any others in it but I plan to do so. I voluntarily read an advanced reader copy of this book and I very highly recommend it. Well worth reading.

Aladdin?

A pleasant story but I couldn’t see where the Aladdin reference came in! Akrawn is an alien genius computer programmer who is accused of crimes that he didn’t commit. Cat O’Shea is a lieutenant in the SFPD who is given the job of hunting him down. When they meet sparks fly. But who is Aladdin and where is the djin? Is the djin in a computer? Anyway, only fans of very light sfrom will go for this. I must say that ZZ’s knowledge of computers is good.

I really enjoyed this book. It's a great continuation to the series but I was a little confused. I couldn't see where the Aladdin reference took part at. It however had plenty of intrigue, suspense, action, and of course steamy romance to keep you hook from beginning to end. Looking forward to reading the next book in the series. I voluntarily read and review this ARC no monetary compensation was received the opinions I have expressed are my own.

I enjoyed this mash-up of sci-fi romance and fairy tale. I thought the story was fun and entertaining. Awkrawn and Cat, the lead characters were likable, had good chemistry and their scenes were steamy. Drama and twists are combined with emotion and excitement to create a very fun read. I am freely posting a frank review.
