They’re persecuted…arrested…martyred.
Outlawed.
Believers scatter or go into hiding.
False teachers try to infiltrate the church.
Spies are everywhere.
How can James keep the faithful safe while spreading the word?
You’ll enjoy this fictional account of the first fifteen years of the early church, because who doesn’t love a good resurrection story?
Chris Lambert is a formerly-lapsed Christian who, by the grace of God, escaped a cubicle job surrounded by the dementors from Harry Potter. She currently lives in an old cabin in the woods on a lake in cottage country, north of Toronto, Canada. Besides writing, she is an artist. She enjoys swimming, kayaking, scuba diving, hiking and renovating old cabins, although she's pretty sure that last one is just a phase.
Awesome book in the series written from the perspective of Jesus's brother James. It begins at His resurrection and continues from Jerusalem there. Once I started reading, I couldn't put it down ! I loved being able to follow how the followers of Jesus started sharing Him with others! This whole series is worth purchasing!!
