This is an amazing reference for herbal remedies. I have been studying medicinal herbalism for about 6 years now, and I can honestly say that this book is the most concise reference I have found yet. I like how the author goes into detail with not only the medicinal qualities of the herbs she covers, but also explains the scientific base behind the ailment and treatment.
If anyone is considering an alternative to the poisons our healthcare system steadfastly forces on society to keep us addicted to big pharma "medicine", I highly recommend this book. Buy it, read it, love it!
