New Fiction from Linore Rose Burkard!
Book One of the Ladies' Summer Club Series

"This one's for the girls"
(Martina McBride Song)

Falling things get broken. But can love rebuild the pieces?

Sharona Davidson knows brokenness. She left her Kentucky town a decade ago after one traumatic night and never looked back. Her mantra is simple: stay safe, don’t get in deep, and don't trust men.

Jason Colden, businessman extraordinaire, remembers Sharona. Privy to her dark memory, he also shared one special experience with her that he's never forgotten. When Sharona comes home to tend her ailing mama, he'll get one chance to try again .

Sharona must keep Jason at arm's length when she joins the ladies of the Summer Club for swimming and fellowship. But when she can't seem to stay out of his arms, she has to walk a tightrope, and decide between playing it safe or letting herself fall—whether in Jason's Olympic sized pool, his arms, or in love!

When Jason's business is implicated in illegal toxic dumping in the town's river, has she misplaced her trust again?

READERS SAY:
I would read anything Linore Burkard writes. It takes a great author to write so well in multiple genres... including a Christian Regency series and her heart stopping dystopian trilogy. This is an author you don’t want to miss.

A feel good read.

Falling In actually touched me in a personal way. Ms. Burkard did a wonderful job balancing pains of the past with hopes of the future. Sometimes we need to heal from a past hurt, but it can be so difficult. While reading this story, I was so impressed with the author's heart. Her writing spoke to me and by the end of the book, I found myself satisfied and yet really wanting to read more. I anxiously await the next book in the series.
