Saving The Broken Highlander

Caitlyn Brodie finds herself helpless and scared to death when her carriage breaks down, and her beloved mother is hurt.

Making Up💕💔💘 Is Hard To Do🎶
Johnny On The Spot! ADULT Historical Romance💕 and Abduction Adventure.
Laird Alastair🐺🍆⛲🔪 saves lady Caitlyn💃💋 when the carriage she and her mother are riding in breaks a wheel and overturns. Her mother is injured and they are brought to Alastair's castle🏰.
Caitlyn💃💋 is of marrying age and although she has dozens of young men seeking to court her, she refuses them all. When she meets the tall, handsome, and muscular💪 Alastair🐺🍆⛲🔪, they immediately get off to a bad start.
Seems all they do is argue, and Alastair🐺🍆⛲🔪 gets really angry. He's a young man with the load of the 🌎world on his shoulders. He had no training to be laird, his father was a drunk and womanizer, and broke his neck in a fall from a 🐎horse, leaving Alastair🐺🍆⛲🔪 and the estate in a mess. Luckily his uncle stepped in and trained him, but he's gone now, too.
It's just Alastair🐺🍆⛲🔪 and his sister, Ava. She was nearly raped by bandits and keeps herself locked in her room now, too afraid to come out.
Alastair🐺🍆⛲🔪 was burned by a woman he thought he loved💔so he's decided to never fall again. So he has a really bad attitude!
Caitlyn💃💋 has a penchant for going off by herself and getting into trouble, and she does this several times in the book. Luckily, Alastair🐺🍆⛲🔪 is Johnny on the spot and he is able to save her. This part of the story got old, but I still liked the book. There is lots of action and adventure, and arguing...
If course there is a happy ending and the book is written in dual points of view!

Caitlyn and her mom were on their way to see her grandma when they were involved in an accident.
Alastair saw the accident and immediately went to help out. Eileen, Caitlyn’s mom, was hurt and needed medical attention as well as couldn’t travel. Caitlyn and Alastair have an attraction towards each other but the problem was they couldn’t stop arguing. Ava is Alastair’s sister who has been held up in a room for months. Caitlyn is able to talk to Ava and help her out some. Once Caitlyn leaves their castle Alastair struggles with missing her. They both try to move forward as best they can. They are both invited to Caitlyn’s parents castle for Christmas where some surprises happen. Caitlyn is on a mission to find the rest of the bandits that attacked Ava months prior. Several things happen between the bandits, Ava, Alastair and Caitlyn. Such a great read!

Saving the Broken Highlander is on of those love stories that you have a difficult time putting down! The story hooks you from the start and reels you in for the duration. Alasdair is a dark haired brawny highlander who has built a wall around his heart, is full of anger and has a quick temper. Caitlyn is a highland lass looking for true love who also has a temper like a viper. Sparks fly and temper erupt when Alasdair and Caitlyn come together and temper cool with heated kisses! A delicious romance full of drama, suspense, turmoil, heartbreak, trials and tribulations, and the gamut of emotions from despair and grief to joy and ecstasy makes this one an outstanding read that you won't want to miss! Ann Marie Scott has given us a story of love, faith, and to triumph over all.

At one time his sister Ava was attacked by bandits and locked herself in her room for three months.Caitlin and she became fast friends. Alastair was a very mean man. He didn’t want love again and he wanted to protect his sister. Caitlin and he argued a lot. Later she and he plotted to capture the outlaws that messed with his sister. To find how it all turns out you must read Ann Marie Scott’s book.

After a freak accident with the wheel of their carriage and a rock, Caitlyn Brodie and her mother are rescued by Laird Alastair Duncan. The Laird is overbearing and short with everyone, leading to many arguments between Caitlyn and himself. The attraction is there but greatly overshadowed by deep dislike. Alastair is a jerk and throws accusations around like confetti while Caitlyn tries to deal with the short tempered laird. However, they cannot deny their physical attraction.
Overall this was a good story but I think could have been better with the transition from hatred to love.

Lovely Story.
Lots of twists and turns in this book. A lovely flowing story with just the right amount of erotica, l enjoyed the capture of the bandits and the way Alistair and Caitie overcame their dislike of each other. Well worth the time and a lovely happy ever after to boot!! I will be looking out for more books by Ann Marie Scott, she has a great proofreader as well, no spelling mistakes!!

Good read, and keeps you interested. I hate stories when it draws out problems for too long before moving to the next level. Ann M. Scott gets there and moves on, a nice trait. Having all the ingredients is right here : a happy ending, little scuffles, plus the romance, grab a cup of coffee, maybe rainy day or are cold day, grab your lap dog and a blanket, and this book. Enjoy. J O!

A very sweet romantic story. This is the first book by this writer, but I plan to read more of her work💖💝 Love storys from Scotland, whatever century, since I have travelled a lot in this the most beautifull land with history around every bend of the road, the scenery is so beautifull and breathtaking💓💕

A brave lady

This book was a short story, but a bit tedious.

I enjoyed Alistair and Caitlyn's romance. When the couple first met, they annoyed and irritated each other even though they found each other attractive. This is a slow-moving story then towards the end we find more action and adventure that is tied to the beginning of the story. It was entertaining the back and forth banter between Caitlyn and Alistair. Alistair had a bad experience in the past that clouded his judgement of all women. Caitlyn on the other hand was extremely picky and would not settle for anything less than love. She was quick to judge and react. Happily, they overcame they troubles. I especially enjoyed the separate epilogue. It added a nice finishing touch to end the story. A very good read.
