Lions and tigers and… Malorex, oh my! Canto slips out of captivity only to find a herd of vicious Malorex ready to eat him. Can an unlikely friend help Canto survive long enough to see what lies beyond Arcana’s borders?
Another bite-sized portion of amazing artwork but unfortunately not much else.
Our beloved little tin knight is off into the wilderness hunting for "The Hermit" who can help him with restoring his love's missing heart back at Arcana.
I'll just have to continue on right ahead with the next one because I do wanna find out how it all turns out, considering that this one ends on a bit of a cliché ... To be continued.
I'm back for more of Canto, and the little metal creature is throwing himself out into the big, wide, scary world for which he knows he isn't fully equipped but will have to learn to be. Go Canto, go! He's got spunk and doesn't start off completely helpless like some protagonists at the beginning of fantasy quests, which, given the character design's general cuteness, I like. The addition of a setting with a giant lake inhabited by a monstrous kraken was a nice expansion of the world we're exploring, so I enjoyed that. More about how the stories we tell and internalize shape us, and I'm always here for that. Let's see what happens next!
