I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review.
I blew through this book! Roxy Reid has won my romantic heart over! What I found I liked the best was how Josh kept thinking he wasn't good enough for this together woman, while Sienna, who knows she is beautiful and on her game professionally still sees a big wall separating his world from hers that she can't possibly get around. This is a book about how the best things can happen when you let go of the reins for a bit and take a leap of faith. Who you are and where you come from and who you know doesn't matter at all when love comes knocking. And don't even get me started on the Amazing Poppy! (One of my all time favorite names btw!)
I'm look forward to many more awesome books by this author.

Mistaken as a nanny to being a fake fiance can result in a real relationship if you aren't careful

Famously Fake is the first book I have read by Roxy Reid and if she writes like this in her other books then it will not be the last. This story of Joshua and Sienna was fun, entertaining, flirty, and sweeeet. The fake relationship to real feelings story was well written and the characters, including the supporting characters, were developed and had some depth. At points I did think that story dragged and could have been tightened up but overall I really enjoyed Famously Fake and look forward to reading more by this author.

I received a free ARC of this book in exchange for my honest review. My opinions are all my own.

This is a great romance read. The characters are charming. The romance builds perfectly. There are just the right amount of steamy scenes. Sienna and Joshua balance each other well and the path to their happily ever after is bumpy, funny, and sweet. Poppy reminded me of my own daughter which made me adore her more. I also have to mention that Brittney's t-shirts were great and had me laughing out loud, especially the last one she was responsible for. The ending was perfect. Highly recommend this one!

Hail to the King!

What a great story!! I think I fell in love with Joshua King! It was a great story. There was a minor error... I think it said pull when it should have said full. Nothing crazy but a mistake none the less.

Good Book

This Book was Good. The ending was Good, but I just wanted more of the ending. Like, what happens in a year or two? Any kids? But, beside that the ending was Good.

This was a good read. Josh is a famous actor. Sienna is helping him plan a big event. They decide to fake date. Of course, by the end they are in love for real. Thankfully, everything works out for them, and they get their happy ending.

Grumpy love interest? Check.
Headstrong main character? Double check.
Undeniable chemistry? Check, check, check!
Bonus: Our love interest is also a dad ❤️❤️❤️

OK, here's what you really need to know, because this can be a deal breaker for some ppl. There is a slight lack of communication bump in the road but Reid gets us through it so if you hold strong, it's worth it.

The narrator takes a little getting used to, but also worth it.

Joshua King is a movie star taking a huge leap in his personal career with a new line of sparkling wine from his winery, and secretly starting a new production company with a hot script -- the last script written by Hollywood legend Abe Cohen before he died! All his dreams are about to come true. Although King hardly ever works with outside marketing firms and he has everything done in house, he has reached out to the firm Sienna Bridges works for to ask their help with the launch party for his vineyard’s new line. Sienna’s boss has given the new account to her! With his success rate, if they can win him as a client, it will be a huge and profitable step for them. When their meeting breaks up, her boss holds her back to tell her that she must do everything possible to keep this account, regardless of the fact this is a tough client. She is to do “anything” he wants, no matter what – or else! This will either make or break her.

Joshua is getting ready for his walk-through meeting for a potential site for the champagne launch in three months when his ex-wife, Brittney, calls to ask him if she can drop his daughter, Poppy, and her nanny off with him since something came up with her job. The nanny isn’t too bright and Brittney preferred having him around if Poppy needed anything. So he agreed she could drop them off at the Marigold Hotel. He purchased a very expensive script, but the seller requires him to launch the movie in 5 years or the script goes to the next bidder. Therefore, he is going to need to announce his new production company to the world in three months, without anyone seeing the preparations so he can keep it a secret. And since he has a firm lined up to launch his champagne line in three months too, he can’t tell the firm what he is really doing, but maybe can work with them to customize the event and deal with both happenings at once. All he hopes is the new firm’s contact will be competent enough to do her job, but not catch on to what he is really doing.

Waiting in the hotel, Sienna hears the concierge about to throw Joshua King’s 8-year-old daughter out of the lobby because he is late and she needs an escort into the ballroom. Sienna introduces herself to the young girl who promptly asks if she will show her the ballroom since she has never seen one. The concierge agrees to tell Mr. King where they are, and the two head out for the ballroom. Sienna and Poppy like each other immediately and, as Poppy sings an off-tune Disney song, they have a waltz in the ballroom! When Joshua walks in, he assumes Sienna is the ditzy nanny and tells her she needs to get back to watching his child. She promptly informs him she is not here to do that! When they sort out the confusion, he tells her he does not want to use a hotel for the event – and he invites her to dinner rather than make her reschedule a meeting. Her boss had insisted she do “anything” he wants, so… she agrees.

Sienna asks Joshua to tell her what he expects at the event and, from his description, she said it sounded more like the launch of a movie rather than a new champagne. At his reaction, she amended her statement – it sounded like launching something bigger, like a production company! He swore her to secrecy and then told her the truth so she could plan the event properly. After two weeks, she finally finds the perfect location. When he sees her, he hurries over and hugs her tightly… failing to notice the paparazzi standing behind her! He whispers that he needs her to go along with what he says – and he pretends to be engaged to Sienna so they don't find out the truth. Sienna is actually perfect for him and makes him happy. Why is it that, while Joshua thinks they are faking the relationship, it looks very real to everyone else?

I loved this book! The story line is wonderful and the dialog is thoroughly entertaining. It was easy to chuckle at the conversations between Sienna and Joshua as they got to know each other. Poppy was absolutely adorable, and it was easy to see why Sienna and she got along so well! The story moves comfortably and is a joy to experience. The book was well-written and I highly recommend this one!

i read this book as part of an arc program. This is the romance between Sienna and Joshua. Joshua is a famous actor and he wants to launch a wine from his vineyard, but he also announcing his plans to start a production company and make a movie that he bought in secret. Joshua hired the marketing firm that Sienna works for and she was out in charge of his launch. Sienna met Joshua and he didn't like her first idea, but Sienna suspected there was more to the party than a wine launch and told Joshua she couldn't plan for something if she didn't know what she was planning for. Joshua decided to trust Sienna but swore her secrecy about the production company. they began to plan everything in secret and even started to become friends. Sienna was starting to have feelings for Joshua, but she was a virgin and never got close to any man. When Joshua started to care for Sienna, he knew she would never date him because she worked for him. Joshua was trying to sign a famous actress for the film and when he left her building one day to meet Sienna. there were reporters everywhere and Joshua knew he had to throw them off the fact he was visiting the actress, so pretended to take Sienna looking at rings in a jewelry store window, making it look like they were a couple. Sienna was furious at Joshua but knew if she revealed it was fake, people would figure out why he was there, so they agreed to a fake engagement until after the announcement. I really loved this story. I liked Sienna and thought she really cared for Joshua, but thought it would never work. I love how Joshua was with his daughter and i think he really cared for Sienna. Joshua tried to talk himself out of liking Sienna, but he couldn't help it. I think Sienna was good for Joshua and showed him not everything is under his control and he will never get everything he wants. Good one.

Famously Fake Is Famously Fantastic

A fast paced, tightly written, fun read describes Famously Fake: A Billionaire Boss Romance. Sienna Bridges works for a powerful LA marketing firm. Joshua King one of Hollywood’s power players, a handsome actor who can think, act and engage in life at the same time, is ready to move to the next stage of his life—not just actor extraordinaire, but also movie producer with his own production company in possession of the most desirable of foundations—a fine script and a stellar cast already in place for the new company’s first endeavor. But, in LA, the land of cut-throat dealers always looking to abscond with others’ hard work, such a move needs to be carefully timed and launched with all the moving parts arranged secretly ahead of time. King seeks the assistance in arranging such an event from Sienna’s agency and Sienna draws the career making/breaking assignment. With secrecy a priority, Joshua seeks Sienna’s help not just to plan the launch, but also to help in concealing it. The cover story will be the romance and engagement of Joshua and Sienna—a true Hollywood fairytale! But, trouble arises when fiction becomes fact and feelings are real, not fake.

Roxy Reid provides the reader a delightful jaunt through the world of Hollywood where fiction and fantasy can morph into fact!

I absolutely loved this book.   I am always go into reading a millionaire/billionaire romance with some of type of shield.  I know from the get go that the likely-hood of the book even being close to reality is slim.   This particular book threw that in my face. There were several moments where I could see this storyline being realistic if one lived in LA or NY.   I love the way Joshua is is tossed into a situation that is outside of his normal day to day practices. This action makes Joshua more realistic as well as the bond he has with Poppy, his daughter.   Having Sienna as a public relations/marketing person who is the definition of professional PR not only makes me root for her but also causes me to stop and applaud Roxy Reid. It is refreshing to see a woman in print that is a professional and not done in such a way that she becomes across the company witch.

Having the meeting of Sienna and Joshua in the mistaken identity forum had me smiling for two chapters.  This could have gone a totally different route and I loved the way it was done.

In this book, you see the caring side of the characters as well as the push and pull that we as humans feel in all types of relationships.  I believe the ability to show a reader these elements in a way that comes across naturally causes the reader to fall into the story while falling in love with the characters.

Based off this book, I will be searching for other books written by Roxy Reid.

A movie star for a fake fiancé? How much is acting and is anything real?

"Do you know it's not real, Josh?"

That line shows up more than once in these pages. Joshua Fox is taking a huge leap in his personal career and all his dreams are about to come true. So when the paparazzi shows up at the wrong time he pretends to be engaged to his event planner so they don't find out the truth. Sienna is funny and witty and makes him smile and before long everyone but Josh can see he's not faking anything.

Roxy Reid writes a wonderful story surrounding not only Josh and Sienna but also including some really cute moments with his daughter Poppy. Joshua's ex is not the raging monster we usually see either, she's career focused, down to earth and offers some really great advice. Along the way we also meet Sienna's best friend Jax and well as Josh's Darian (perhaps they'll get a book next?) who are both entertaining even if neither is the focus. This book is sweet with a few ups and down and makes the reader think a little about how life might be under he fishbowl that is public life.

Joshua is a Hollywood star who has dreams of launching his own production company. He has been chasing this one script, his agent got it for him, but it cost him six million dollars. Now he needs to keep it under wraps. He is pretending to be launching a new champagne from his vineyard but that is just the cover story to keep the press from finding out about the other venture he has planned.
Sienna works for a PR company who has been chosen to plan the launch of the champagne. Sienna has her plans set out but Joshua doesn’t want what she has chosen. She realises that he isn’t telling it all. They devise a plan and part of it is to pretend to be engaged so the press can’t know he wants a certain actress to play in the movie.
An emergency comes up and Sienna has her feelings hurt, so she calls it off, but still pretends in public. Joshua tells Sienna at the launch in front of the press how he feels about her. Eventually they work it out and have their happily ever after.

There is a comedy of errors throughout the story. I laughed often. I fell in love with the characters and really enjoyed reading this book.

ABSOLUTELY STUNNING!!!
Up in smoke! Roxy brings it when she comes, and she comes out swinging to her on beat blazing this baby together sleek, shiny and tight. Wrestling through the trials and tribulations with a slew of plot twists and turns that hook you from the start and reels you in for the duration. Ups and downs, along with a few glitches, bumps and bruises that slide this tumultuous ride peeling back layer after layer. She definitely nailed this bad boy 100% on point realism. So many twists and turns that kept me captivated from start to finish. Vexing circumstances and inadvertent shenanigans propel this bad boy to life beautifully. The characters personalities are authentic, genuine and realistic with depth and qualities that transform and blend smoothly. The scenes are so vividly detailed and descriptive it gives the illusion you were right there in ground zero with them. Remarkable job Roxy, thanks for sharing this bad boy with us.

This book is a fun romantic read about the developing relationship between Sienna Bridges, event planner, and Joshua King, a movie star and businessman, who has hired her to put together an event for the initiation of his secret production company and future movie. Surprisingly, Sienna and Joshua end up in a fake engagement. Sienna and Joshua have strong physical attraction, steamy chemistry, and humorous banter. The characters, both primary and secondary, are realistic, fun, and endearing. The intriguing plot keeps the reader’s interest from start to finish. Roxy Reid has written a fast-paced, enjoyable, steamy, and addictive read. I strongly recommend this book. It’s a perfect afternoon read!

This is a book about a famous actor, Joshua, who hires a marketing firm to put together a launch party for his new champagne. Enter Sienna, who is tasked with the responsibility, along with the directive to do anything to get him to sign a permanent contract with their PR firm. One situation leads to another, which leads to a fake engagement. I really enjoyed reading this book. I think the characters were well rounded, even the supporting characters, and the plot was easy to follow. I have read a few books by Ms. Reid and find her writing to be quite delightful. I look forward to reading even more of her books in the future.

Roxy Reid you blew me away with this beautiful romcom story. It was so well written and very easy to read and it sucked me in from the beginning. Josh is a famous actor who is looking to do more with his life and needs a PR person help him along. Sienna is confident, strong and beautiful, and just what Josh needs to get his new project going. Then you throw in Poppy who is Josh's daughter and she adds just the right touch to the story. Will Josh and Sienna realize they have feelings for each or will they let misunderstandings get in the way of happiness. Well just read the book and find out, I highly doubt you will be disappointed.

I thoroughly enjoyed this story from beginning to end. I personally love it when both of the main characters POV’s are being told. From Joshua the actors POV and the world that he lives in, to Sienna’s POV. All of the characters are well thought out and believable. The story doesn’t fail to entertain. It is easy going, humorous and flows really well. The HEA is very satisfying. It also made a refreshing change to read a story in which two ex’s that share custody actually get on together! Especially ironic after Roxy’s first book ;-) Overall, a really good read :-)

100% every woman’s dream movie star is relatable, funny and driven to succeed, but is he willing to choose love over his long time dreams. Joshua King is on the brink of achieving his all time dream, but at the same time he meets Sienna a career minded woman trying to resist his charms not just become a Hollywood gossip. This was an enjoyable read and very fitting in today’s social media blitz. Loved that movie stars get nervous and aren’t always smooth.

Short beautiful love story.
This is a sweet love story great storyline that had me hooked from the start. The connection between Joshua & Sienna is wonderful even though they are both from different worlds it seems as they are destined to be together. What started out as a fake engagement in a ploy to to avert the press from Joshua's business
goes in a different direction than the terms they both set out. Its a wonderful read with romance, laughs & upset that has you desperate for a happy ever after.

𝘛𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘰𝘯𝘦 𝘫𝘶𝘴𝘵 𝘥𝘪𝘥𝘯’𝘵 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘬 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘮𝘦. The story felt flat and without excitement, being one of the characters a famous actor I’d have thought we would get an interesting male lead, but nope Joshua was immature for his age—he’s like 10 years older than Sienna—and with a not-attractive personality, just saying. Sienna was just ok. I couldn’t connect with either so I ended up bored pretty soon. The premise was good but the execution left much to be desired.

A delicious romance

I have enjoyed reading every word of this book. Ms Reid has crafted two delicious characters in Sienna and Joshua and moved them thorough their storyline like pieces of a puzzle that don’t seem as if they will fit and then they just slot into place. I love having Poppy there to show her unconditional love and help Joshua see how important he need Sienna to be. I enjoy Ms Reid’s writing and will continue to willingly purchase her books.

The two main characters, Joshua and Sienna, were written in a way you wanna be friends with people like them in real world scenarios. And as with every romance there is a snag, but the author wrote this book smooth enough it felt surmountable. Would recommend and am looking forward to future book.
