I really enjoyed this read. Brianna went to Russia as a dying wish to her father to visit Russia. While there Brianna had an accident and awoken to a see Ivan. Ivan has been taking care of Brianna, however, Ivan has a secret. The moment Brianna awoke in Ivan's hut everything got steamy and hot. Ivan believes that Brianna is his life mate. I have to admit the storyline is fair and could be better, but to others it's reading nothing but sex upon sex. But I personally loved the story line and the hot constant sex between them, also Ivan's possessiveness towards Brianna was hot. This book is a series so if you enjoy this book try the series.

Moon Lust is a short story 32 pages long. This being said I need to point out I tend not to be a fan of short stories. There is not enough time in 30+ pages to do character creation, a well rounded plot and a satisfactory conclusions. So this book in a nut shell Girl's russian uncle dies last request for her to visit his homeland in the Ural mountians. Girl goes to mountain and falls in a ravine. Girl is rescued by boy who while she is barely conscious feels her up. Girl gets better and falls for boy, they have lots of sex. Full moon comes he reveals he is a werewolf..girl decides that is ok..more sex and HEA...

Story is not well written ..too many holes...characters are very immature...things such as the village are introduced but go no where...over all....not a great read.

Very soft 2 stars from me...didn't hate it..but was very bleh about it...even the sex wasn't that great...overall..don't waste your 45 mins.

Preachy, Nature

Die Geschichte war sehr oberflächlich und es ging mal wieder nur um das eine. Die Protagonistin hat alles in ihrem Leben verloren, was ihr lieb war. Wie praktisch um einen Neuanfang zu machen. Als sie nach Russland aufbricht (wegen des letzter Wunsch ihres Onkels), weiß sie allerdings nicht, dass sie nicht mehr zurückkehren wird. Für den Leser war es sowas von 'mit dem Zaunpfahl vor den Kopf geschlagen', aber naja. Brianna hat einen 'kleinen' Unfall und wacht in einer Hütte auf. Ein Mann (natürlich abgöttisch sexy, so dass sie sich sofort von ihm begrabschen lässt obwohl sie noch Fieber hat und den Typen überhaupt nicht kennt...) pflegt sie gesund. Sein Verhalten ist sehr ambivalent und passte für mich nicht so ganz. Der Grund warum das Buch noch 3,4 Sterne bekommen hat, war vor allem der Vergleich mit der anderen Geschichte, die ich bereits aus der Anthologie gelesen habe. Es gab hier einen Moment (ein paar Seiten) das war es wirklich toll. Nämlich genau da, wo sie mal keinen Sex hatten und eine wirklich süße Beziehung sich entwickelte. Das hätte man für meinen Geschmack ausbauen können, denn das waren wirklich ein paar schöne Momente. Der Sex war okay, aber mir einfach viel zu viel. Daher kann ich auch nicht mehr als 3 Sterne geben. Die Charaktere (zumindest Brianna) bekommen ein wenig Tiefe, aber ansonsten bleibt alles oberflächlich. Man hätte hier das Rudel einbringen können oder wenigstens die Familie von Briannas Retter, aber nein, das Buch handelt komplett nur von den beiden Hauptcharakteren.
Ich werde die Reihe nicht weiterverfolgen, aber werde die Autorin noch nicht für mich abschreiben

Short story. 20 pages.

Brianna's uncle dies and makes her promise to see Russia because he was never able to go back home. Well, she goes on a tour of an old growth forest, gets lost, falls and is rescued by a Russian werewolf. Now they have to see if she is able to handle who/what he is. Very sweet story.
