Avec les sentiments de Natsuo pour Hina qui menacent de revenir, tout peut encore arriver !
Happy that i continued on past the trash that the introduction of Arisu Tsubaki in volume 13. It is interesting in how they are moving around Nat-kun, Rui and Hina in this one. I am glad they did not make Nat-Kun cheat on Rui with Hina ... again. It is doing a not commonly used thing of having 1 main character working while another is still in school without there being an teacher/ student thing to it this time. Kinda hoping Hina keeps her job and powers through the boringness that is work or finds a new one when she moves home while Rui moves in with Nat-kun.
Overall i think they made a decent come back from the seemingly forced introduction of Arisu Tsubaki. As they replaced his high school best friend slot with her for his collage best friend and driving force to do better in class.

A lot more slice of life and less heavy on the melodrama which was a good thing. Natsuo starts to act like an adult and makes some tough but smart decisions. This was some of the best that the series has offered up to this point. The scene where the guys are deciding how to hide the adult magazines was Grand Blue Dreaming levels of hilarious!. Really good volume!
Rui my beloved. Fucking hate Hina-nee, good thing she is quitting teaching, after all she just can't help but put her hands on her students. I hope her next profession is being a penguin researcher so she goes to the North Pole never to be seen again. Bitch. Rui I love you.
Estoy feliz porque lo van a adaptar al anime, pero por otro lado, sé que no podrán adaptarlo todo, el manga sigue publicándose y tiene muuuuucho relleno.
There is a bit early on where they are like "TO UNIQLO!" because they did not realise the weather would be as cold as it was and the EXACT same thing happened to me on a trip to Japan and because I was so familiar with Uniqlo and knew it was relatively cheap but sturdy and dependable so I sought out the nearest one and it was funny to have the same anecdote they have.
The relationship between Rui and Natsuo is very nice. For a series so about the capital D Drama it still has a healthy and open and communicative relationship at its core currently and that is really nice to see.
It probably helps the... "immersion", for lack of a better word. For example, the extra story was actually sexy to me instead of the usual "fan-service" clumsiness. I think it is probably still that, but felt more realistic because of the build-up of everything else that happened in this volume.
The only weak bit in this one was there was a story about hiding porn and while it was just goofy, the fundamental flaw was that it required the reader to think, Natsuo would not tell Rui something and she would not understand and believe him. Which at this point is totally not the case.
