PACK..LEADER..#17.......David.Archer
Steve Nichols Head of the President’s Security was alerted by Orlando police of terriorists plans. They were being funded by corporate interests rather than political. The FBI. and CIA can’t seem to get a handle on what companies and what they are up to.
Noah taking over for E & E gets a call to immediately come, a meeting he had been waiting for with the President. Noah is perfect for this new job, he deals in logic, and doing what needs to be done. The President tells Noah to make decisions of what needs to be done.
Surprised in seeing Sam Prichard there, doing consulting now. Noah needs to put a team together, to stop the threats against the President, and the world. Order was tantamount to the situation, so it doesn’t happen again.
A tense, fast pace story that flows, one loves the characters. The situation could be real, and hopes there is someone like Noah and his team if it was.
Another winner for the author to read and enjoy.

David Archer Did ItAgain

Another excellent Noah Wolf thriller. It was action from page one on, several twists and turns and a surprising ending, particularly with Esmeralda and the mystery surrounding Danielle's unknown caller. Read it in one sitting...waiting for the next book!

Oh The Possibilities

I think I'm sad. First, to not read Allison Peterson saying "Camelot, report." Noah will do an awesome job at the helm of E & E with his analytical mind but I already miss him as Camelot. Now he's answering the phone to his team leaders with the brusque address, " Pegasus report. " I see this series going in all sorts of directions and that makes my reading heart happy. Which way will you take us David? Surely, Jenny the Cinderella isn't ready to shelve her knives and head for the potter's field. I see Ken Long showing up for future assists. Lots of stories brewing in your head with Mark's and Ralph's teams. I can't wait! Bring it on. Thank you for trying in characters from your other series. I truly appreciate authors that do that. Happy writing.

Book 17 in the Noah Wolf series was very interesting and very timely. Noah has been promoted to the Head of E and E, his former boss Allison Peterson has been reassigned to the CIA ( DIRECTOR ). The new elected POTUS ( Billionaire Businessman from New York) hasn't officially announced Noah s appointment. POTUS angered many of his Billionaire Brothers by imposing Tariffs which has cost them Billions of dollars. An attempt was made on POTUS life and he sent for Noah to investigate. He approves Noah s Appointment and gives him the Green Light to investigate and terminate who ever was behind the Assassination Attempt. Noah discovers a Global Cabal of Billionaires who control all of the Major Corporations and they have created a Super Army to take over the world.

Awesome, as all the books in the Noah Wolf Series have been!

I love the new twists. Since there was a concentration on several characters who had been briefly mentioned in other books, it took a bit of concentration to keep all the moving parts straight. However, it was a lot of fun seeing these characters in action. The parts with Noah, Ken, and Esmerelda were priceless. David Archer is a master at dropping a clue as to what will be coming later. I believe it is called foreshadowing. As I got to the end of the book, it was satisfying to see that one moment earlier in the story come to the forefront and answer the question I had in my mind. Of course, the full answer will be in the next book. I don't want to give any spoilers. Just know the ride is worth it!

Usually Love Noah Wolf Books, but....

The rating I gave this book was in part due to all the garbage political and non political garbage going on in our world right now. I love reading books to take me away from the harsh reality of our world, and with this one it was so politically motivated that I didn't want to finish it, it wasn't my escape that I so desperately needed and wanted. But, I did finally finish reading it hoping it would stop. The writing itself isn't the usual David Archer, and that was disappointing, but Noah is in good form along with the new characters introduced in this storyline. Moving on to book 18 ♡

Oh boy

This was a really good read, and kinda creeped me out a bit. And was really food for thought about how global our lives are. I will not go on because I don't want to spoil anyone's adventures. I read for escape and adventures, and this series always has me on one. The stories are well thought out and always on the move. I recommend these books if you like intrigue and adventure throughout the world. All the characters just add to the stories. Now, on to the next one!!!

I'm a Trump Girl! So you can imagine my joy at finding an author and book that states the good that the President is doing for the American people! ..no wonder the Liberals are screaming! Which is what they do and all the do, so well. ..lol I'm from Oz and have to suffer the Liberal media onslaught from down here! I look forward to President Trump's next 4 years in Office with hope! Bring it on!

Another grand slam

This Noah Wolf book is just what was needed to finish the stories. I understand several people have complained about the political factors. Readers need to be aware that characters have their own opinions and ideas. Not everyone has the same views about what’s going on in the world. For example President Trump is liked by some and hated by others. The president is doing a good job in some opinions, and a criminal to others.

Just as enjoyable as usual!

I have to say, the first part of all these books do not draw me in, but I know that before I reach the middle things are going to kick up, and by the ending I couldn't put it down! Noah and his people in the E & D off are very skilled at resolving problems for our country. The characters are serious when the situation calls, but also humor is a built in factor. I know the organization has been out on leave, but I will look forward to the next book!

New twists

Noah Wolfe running the show was slightly writing that the story was coming to a close. I'm glad to report that's not the case. Noah runs the show introducing some new characters and still keeping you on your toes as to what decision he's going to do next.
Can't wait to see what happens next!!

I have read a great number of books by David Archer. Pack Leader takes Noah Wolf in a new direction as director. Also with a baby on the way, he wants to stay close at home but in a new area. To aid him, a few of his old colleagues join, as well as some new. The synthetic AI person, Esmeralda, is intriguing. I hope she appears in upcoming books.

Suspense and gut churning action to the end!

Out of all the authors and characters I read, Noah Wolf and E&E keep me engaged and, even putting my reader down for supper, gets me anxious about the next part of the mission. Waiting on #18, lol, in my library waiting to be cracked open!!!

Nosh Wolf series

It's a very intelligent, well thought out series that only gets better with each book. The character of Noah is interesting . The only problem I have is the women in the series isn't as well drawn as the men. They are secondary to the male characters. But as far as a action book , the series is pretty awesome.

A new twist

Not sure if I like the title of intimation that Noah is now leading a pack but the book is more tightly written and introduced well the new members of the teams. The transition from Allison to Noah was a bit clumsy but his takeover was integrated well without being sappy as it relates to his upcoming fatherhood.

Evil World Controllers

Great story though a little more graphic than I would prefer. Noah is in charge at E & E and seems to be right at home running things now that Allison is in Washington. He takes on some serious issues and using his best teams, is able to thwart a major problem. Another nail biter!!

Good story

I really enjoyed this book. The only thing is that from time to time in the last three of this series there has been several times that when
Something is being described I have found it was described the exact same way in several different instances. But it was still a great

Amazing writer

I now have read quite a number of David Archers novels and all have been extremely well written. I can't describe how incredible his novels are. There are many, many remarkable twists and turns to each novel. They keep you from wanting to put the book down. I have loved the many novels I have read. Amazing!!

I really liked the ending

The book starts slowly and matches Noah Wolfe, the primary character. It picks up pace as he becomes more involved in the action and wraps well while setting the stage for the next story.

BELIEVABLE!

PACK LEADER is one of Archer's best Noah. Do not be put of by all the politically motivated negative reviews. This book isn't about politics. Don't let petty reviews stop you from reading a well written story and drawing your own opinions.

Would not consider. This a good read because it was fantastic and great,

Loved it because it brought thoughts of our current administration in DC. Hope and pray that the assassination idea stays as pure fiction.

I'm a big fan of David Archer but this book failed to inspire me as much as usual. A good story and characters but I'm not a fan of sci fi or fantasy story lines or futuristic weaponry and gadgets so this probably put me off a bit. Still won't stop me looking forward to more David Archer books.

Is it Wolf or Wolfe?

I was disappointed in resolutions (or lack thereof) in this story. Too many loose ends and under-developed threads. As good as a story might be, I don't like being forced to wait for a follow up installment.
