This review relates only to Peace to the Province by Everly Taylor. There are many great stories by many great authors here and I will most probably read them at a later date.
Peace to the Province
I love this author immensely. Her name is a guarantee of a good story, and a completely different new story as well. I am yet to read something similar to what she has written before. This story is based on Japanese legends and it's beautiful and surprising.
Warning for cliffhanger haters, this story has one of the bestest , most epic cliffhangers ever!!! I loved it so much! And of course that my first reaction was to send a message to the author begging, asking, pleading and threatening to get more of this story.
Aya is an amazing determined and fearless young woman who embarks on an adventure to restore the temples responsible for the prosperity of the province and restore the family honour. The task quite demanding considering that her grandfather did not respect his commitments, nor he passed them on to Aya's father. Only when the situation in the province got so unbearable, did they reveal the family secret and duty to Aya.
So now Aya is faced with a heavy duty to restore the damage that has been accumulating for the past nearly hundred years. The temples are in disarray and the spirits are unsettled. The guardians are not very cooperative for their own reasons. Nevertheless, Aya bravely pushes on. She meets Kannon, Hikari and Daku along her journey and there is a hint of romance coming up.
I always want to say that this was my favourite story from this author, and it is, for now, until she writes a new one. I loved it so much, beautiful characters, descriptions, story, plot, everything. Can't wait to read more.

This anthology contains a collection of shifter tales ranging from Felines and Wolves to Sharks and Squirrels, as well as everything in between. The stories were very unique and were fantastic teasers into the beginnings of many different series. I found them all to be extremely entertaining and enjoyable.

As expected, some of the stories involving the many different types of shifters tended a bit towards the more adult aspects of the stories, making some of them rather inappropriate for younger readers. But both the more adult and those stories that were appropriate for younger audiences were something that I greatly enjoyed reading. I would recommend this anthology for anyone who wants a taste of several different types of shifter stories to enjoy.

I’d say to give this one a try, you might find a few authors you both recognize from other stories as well as some that are new to you that I believe are worth taking the time to try some of their other tales.

Anthology - What a tease!

Phases of Change a Shifter Anthology presented by Moonlight Writers Publishing features a collection of short stories and teasers by a great collection of writers including Nikki Bopp, J A Cummings, Kate Bonham, Everly Taylor and more and it’s great for anyone interested in shifters and changelings. I just devoured Peace To The Province by Everly Taylor- it’s different and softer than her normal writings but certainly shows her growing confidence as a writer and really, it’s just genius combining dragon and tiger shifters. Now on to the next one.....

This is for “Peace to the Providence” by Everly Taylor. I have to admit, at the beginning I found myself not caring for this story. It definitely wasn’t the writing (that was fabulous as always!) but I was having a hard time connecting with the characters. By the time Aya got to the last temple I needed to see what happened with her and the Gaurdians! I loved that she was a strong main character who was doing her own thing assisted by men....not dependent on them at all. I’m going to be on the lookout for the rest of this story!

This is a brilliant anthology!
The review is for one of the stories from Everly Taylor - Peace to the Province.
This is a fantastic story about Aya's family being Keepers. They strive to maintain the temples but life got in the way and the temples fell into disrepair. Aya is tasked to restore the temples before it is too late to their former glory.
I loved this short and clearly there is more to come for Aya, Kannon, Hikari and Daku, such interesting characters, I cannot wait to read more.
What a fantastic read.

Not knowing what to expect but knowing she must be do it for her family as well her people she sets out to fulfill her destiny. Meeting Kannon, Daku and Hikari along the way. A great start and i genuinely like Aya. Shes fiesty and determined. Cant wait to see if there maybe a full book? Hope so?

Shifters galore! This is a really good collection of short stories with.... SHIFTERS! The authors are amazing and I hope I get to see more of these stories in the future!

One of my favorites was Peace to the Province which takes you on Anyas journey to try to restore the guardian temples to bring peace to the provinces. Along the way she meets some sexy shifting guardians which decide to tag along! I really can’t wait for more since this was just a small piece of the story and I know the author has amazing things waiting for her readers! Impatiently waiting!!!

Blood & Amber Eyes by Kate Bonham
This has you hooked from the very beginning and wanting to know what secrets about Mae's are being with held from her. There is plenty of cloak and dagger, unlikely alliances, secrets that explain so much, characters you love to hate (yes you King Fenneck) and a swoon worthy Nosferatu called Bram. When I got to the end I will admit I slammed my kindle closed just like a book (it has a cover so I can do that lol) as I wasn't ready for it to end and wanted more!

This review is for Everly Taylor’s Peace to the Province.

I liked the little snippet we get. Aya has the responsibility of being the keeper of the temples. I like that she’s independent and she holds her own. I also like that she proved the guys wrong, that she not just a “mere girl”. By the end I was so into the story that I kept trying to turn the page but realized the snippet was done. I’m hoping Everly will continue the story so I can see what happens next!

Great collection of shifter stories.

This review relates to the anthology as a whole.
I really enjoyed the different stories in this anthology.. lots of different writing styles and different shifter animals to keep your interest. A great read if you want to escape for a bit but don't have time for a full on book. I will definitely read more by all of these authors in the future.

This review is for the Peace to the Province story. I absolutely loved the writing. It was done extremely well. I had a slight issue with not connecting to Aya in the beginning. I always read things to the finish for the same reason every time: I end up falling in love with the story and the characters which was true in this case. I can’t wait to see what happens for them in what is to come!

Peace to the Province by Everly Taylor

This short wasn't something I would normally read but by halfway I was pulled in and by the end I was seriously wanting more. I liked how strong and independent Aya was and the boys... yeah, definitely loved them! I can't wait to see if there's going to be more after this teaser, I do hope so!

Shifters, shifters everywhere. Each story is totally different and romance rains. I really liked them all although some more than others. The authors are all starting to polish off their skills and I think anyone with a love of shifters would get a lot of enjoyment from reading these stories.
