Not Much Here
So basic as to be near useless, the book feels targeted to overseas buyers - and doesn’t give enough information to act. At points the writing has poor grammar and sentence structure. If you know absolutely nothing about land investing, you might gain a smidge of information. For anyone else, it’s just not worth the time.
