Great fasting guideline

I'm a diabetic II for 15 plus years. Have been on fasting roller coaster for past year with various book sources. I strive for low carbs and no refined carbs. This book is very informative and explains body blood mechanics. I recommend this book for pre diabetics , diabetics, and dieters.

I am not new to keto. It helped me lose 50 pounds. I am new to fasting, though. Whether you wish to eat one meal per day, fast for an entire day, or set aside an eating period each day, this book will help guide you through it. Moore's enthusiasm for keto may feel overbearing but it is for a good reason. If your current health will let you eat keto you will find that it works. Fasting seems like the next logical step. Most of the American food industry doesn't care if its food sickens you or kills you, so long as you eat its junk to the bitter end. There are no recipes in this little book, just solid information about how to fast and how to leave a supermarket with your health intact.

Useful!

This book not only tells you the hows and whys of fasting… the One Meal a Day also provides you with the best advice ever.
Don’t feel guilty eating your One Meal a Day!
The author had the forethought to address the psychological aspect of the “chronic dieter’s” mental health!
Actually helped me the most.
Release your inner thoughts from childhood and as an overweight adult!
No forbidden food. No guilt.
The Science:
It’s the hormone ( insulin) effects of sugar (addiction) and eating “ six small meals a day” misinformation!
