I write action-packed sci-fi and historical fantasy. I want to immerse readers in another time and place and for my stories to be gripping adventures. You should love my complex heroes and hate the twisted bad guys.

If you like the sound of that then check out; GODS OF BRONZE (my new historical fantasy series), THE IMMORTAL KNIGHT CHRONICLES (bestselling historical fantasy) and the GALACTIC ARENA series (smart military scifi).

Thanks for taking an interest in my stories. Follow me here on Goodreads to keep up to date with releases.

Most excellent

The first three books were fun and will keep you on your toes. I loved the characters and their banter. The real gold in my opinion is inhuman contact. I was bummed when I realized that it was a prequel and not a continuation of the the series. But, I soon was engrossed and must say that inhuman contact is definitely in my too three favorite books. I will send be reading more by this author

I really liked the book

Characters were built with lots of detail without overdueing it. The science descriptions were detailed with only the occasional overdueing it. The action sequences were particularly well done... I really enjoyed the book.

Enjoyed the story

Fun reading. Always a good scifi tale. Easy reading, with enough excitement to keep you going till the end. I am sorry the story is over.

A good read

A very interesting premise and an enjoyable read. I always enjoy a book that can grab my attention and make me want to turn the next page. These books fulfilled those pleasures.

Actually I was expecting a teenager novella but this was much better , well plotted and written, with non-obvious sub-plot resolutions and we'll thought out scenarios.very good! t

Each story is separate, and the last two are prequels. But all are very well done. I was afraid the author would tjust try to stretch the rather than premise to several books, but no, he is much better than that. This is well done, good work.

Enjoyable

Enjoyed it though at times it was a bit long winded. It was nice to see how Orca and Dr Fo started out but the whole story line might have benefited from a tighter writing which integrated the prologues into the story.

Good Series

Pushing the limits of SF, the plot is well-defined and the characters have realistic attributes. There are so many unanswered questions regarding the masters of the orb that Davis should continue the story!

Ok

Other than a couple of typos, this is an excellent read, but the prequels are not up to the standard of the original good

Excellent series

Great sci-fi series. Great characters with lots of heart. Seems like an extraordinary amount of research went into the series which shows in the story. Awesome!
