I love these two so much!! I forgot how much I loved Liz and Raahosh. I loved being inside Raahosh’s head even if he was insecure. He was so shy and quiet and Liz was so understanding and loving. She’s hard and all sharp edges with everyone but him and I love that about her. I love how protective she is of him. I love how she tells and shows him she loves him always.
This was a very good extension to the already amazing story. I’d love a future take when they have their baby. Gah!!

Oh be still my tortured heart 🥹. Gawd. I just love Raahosh 😭. Not only was he a virgin before he met his Liz 🥰, but he’s so devoted, so dedicated, so enamored that he makes me get a knot in my throat 🥹🫶. Sigh.
This takes place probably after book 3 since Liz mentions telling Aehako about the courting gift (ahem… a replica of his… um… member 🤣) which happens in book 3.
Liz felt jealous that Georgia and Vektal got a honeymoon, so she wanted one too (we find out in the first honeymoon book), and Raahosh being the amazing husband/mate that he is grants his wife her wish 🥰.
It might seem pointless to do this since they already live in exile, but this was more time for them to bond, especially with their little kit coming soon🥰.
The fact that Raahosh just wants to find more ways to please Liz, to make himself more worthy, made me get all gooey inside 🥹🫶
I laughed waaaaay too loud when he was given the a55 advice 🤣.
But I was 👀 at all the duuuurty talk and tail/kinks explored 👀🔥🥵💦.
And when Liz tries to reverse the roles on Raahosh 🤣.
I just love when he blushes 🥰🤣🥹
I wish all authors wrote these types of extended epilogues 🥰. It makes me wish this world would never end 🥰.
Too bad it isn’t longer 😭.

This book isn't hugely different from the other honeymoon book I've read but I just could not bring myself to give a shit. What do we get here? Another display of some men's inability to wrap their fucking pea-sized brains around the concept of consent and communication - which is addressed but idgaf - and we also see Liz and Raahosh fish ? It's supposed to be meaningful because Raahosh's dad used to take him fishing there but I still don't care and then it leaned into a "Liz isn't like other girls because the other girls are too prissy to fish". So that's two full strikes.
Strike three was the fact that this is a honeymoon novella, where I want to see the characters bone happily ever after but I just got fade-to-black scenes thrown at my face 🥱🙄👎, next.
She can be the arrow, launching itself forward. I will be the bow - the brace, the stability that the arrow needs to speed ahead.

Liz talks Raahosh into participating in a human custom – honeymooning! Raahosh, being inexperienced in the bedroom, decides to ask some of the others at the main cave for some spicy advice. Hilarity ensues.
This is nothing more than an extended epilogue for Barbarian Alien – and I adored it. Only Ruby could write such a well-rounded short smutty novella. If you are intrigued, you need to start with Ice Planet Barbarian. You won't regret it. Trust me.

January 23, 2022This was a bit more entertaining than the first novella. It bothered me that Liz and Raahosh acted like they'd never done butt stuff before when they were living doggy style and her having a spur up her butt at the end of their book 🧐 inconsistencies are annoying but whatever. Their grumpiness is perfectly matched and I thought they were pretty cute in this super short random non-honeymoon-honeymoon.

En mi opinion nos muestra una perspectiva diferente de Raahosh y Liz, una mas tierna y romantica. Me encantaron las pequeñas menciones al pasado de el, sobretodo porque eran recuerdos bonitos y no los desgarradores que ya conociamos.
En fin, Ice Planet Honeymoon : Raahosh y Liz es una lectura bastante completa, tiene un poco de todo, y honestamente me agrado mas de lo que imagine.

OMG. Raahosh was so adorably awkward and shy. I just....well, frankly, now I want to go back and reread the entire series again. BECAUSE THESE ALIENS ARE SO FREAKING SWEET.

So. Scarred, surly Raahosh has some issues to get past when it comes to mates. Having seen how his mother's hatred of his father soured her, he's determined to be the best darn mate he can be so Liz has no reason to leave him. Which is a lot sad and still a little sweet because (like all the other couples in this series) he truly adores the woman he's been matched to and desires her happiness above all other things.
As for Liz, she's blissfully happy with her man, but she's not too thrilled with his banishment from the tribe. Not because banishment is a chore, but because she thinks he deserves better than to be treated like that.
MAN, I like these two.
Yep, I think a reread might be in order.

But the fierce companion liz I am not afraid for her, she did her duty.
I love how she tells and shows him she loves him always.

4 ⭐️ Adorable, funny, and sexy! Liz and Raahosh have my heart ❤️
I enjoyed this novella more than Georgie and Vektal’s honeymoon story because this was more lighthearted and fun. Of course, there’s a little bit of drama with Raahosh’s insecurities of being ugly or an unfit mate for Liz, but it’s resolved in the sweetest/sexist way.
I loved the awkward/comical moments with Raahosh getting sex advice from the other aliens, and the butt play fail. 🙈
And it’s so sweet how loyal and protective Liz is of Raahosh. She’s a badass but also a softie when it comes to her shy alien barbarian.
100% recommend reading this short story after Barbarian Alien!

I absolutely love Raahosh. And Liz is freakin hilarious 😘😍
There are two big alien men standing at the large, triangular mouth of the cave, and my Raahosh is easy to recognize. It’s not just the one busted horn and the scars that cover one side of his face that give him a permanent scowl. It’s the way he carries himself like he’s got a stick up his ass.
You might not want to talk, but this isn’t like you, and it worries me, so I’m going to just guess. Stop me if I hit on the right topic.” I cross my arms and study his back. “You…stuck a finger up my butt because you got lost, right?”
Raahosh says nothing, simply ignores me.
“You…thought if you reached hard enough, you could pull a tail out of there and we’d match?”
His tail flicks, even though he’s doing his damnedest to ignore me.

Liz and Raahosh’s honeymoon, well the exile version of one? They are a cute couple, and I enjoyed seeing them again. Again, super short story that I would have enjoyed being longer.

This was fun! Liz and Raahosh are my favourite so far! (Sorry Vektal and Georgie- I still really like you guys though!)
I love how Liz didn’t let any miscommunication happen, like, yes! Thank you. And Raahosh doing everything he could to be a ‘perfect’ mate for Liz? *swoons* 🤭
And him asking her to tell him about another ‘Star War’ because he knew she loved talking about it, was so fucking cute. 🥹💗

This part is fun, funny, and everything you could ever want all in one. I will never forget that he made me cry too. My lover is trying his best to be number one for Liz, and this surprised me. ✨️
