Man this book was not great. It is incredibly outdated, and also blatantly offensive towards television.
There were a few (maybe two) pieces of advice but definitely not enough to warrant buying the book, I regret purchasing it.
I think I common issue I’m finding with screenwriting books are that they are very out dated (with no perspective on streaming, all the advice being catered to network television) and also very much against tv, only offering advice geared towards movies.
