The Time I Didn't Know What to Do Next

Rate this book
These are the poems of a survivor. The book opens with the crushing loss of a loved one -- the poet's daughter -- to suicide. In the aftermath the world seems changed. One does not know what to do anymore, what to believe in. These poems show us the labor and meaning of a poet's deep listening to the world. In such listening one finds something akin to salvation.

series of poems written by my good friend (the author) about Stephen’s experience(s) post suicide of dau., Rebecca. Some are actually funny, generally tho’ these are a sad read but well worth it. 75 pgs., paperback, 2008
