Its pretty rare for main leads to not be blindingly beautiful, and technically the ml here isn't? The main girl is a complete fangirl who knows that cuteness is a lot better than a handsome face... I mean his eyes are always smiling he's Flippin precious 😣. Idk how I feel about the mental age gap tho. . . Let's just not think about it :)

This has been in my top 5 otome shoujo romance mangas for years. This is my second time reading it, and it has stood the test of time and many other manga of the same genre. It's incredibly sweet but also a little unhinged.

The main couple are both incredibly overpowered. The have stats the make you question whether they can still be called human. But they both have stubborn and focused personalities. They're both kids less than 10 years old but they know what they want (each other), and they're striving towards it no matter what, to the chagrin and amusement of the adults.

It's also really comical. As both of them are a little unhinged, strange resolutions to common problems keep popping up here and there. These two really suit the saying that there's a lid that perfectly fits every pot.

Another 'reincarnated as the villainess' book, with a twist on the love interest.

No previous name given, but she was a 28 year old Japanese woman, unmarried, working for a call center. How she dies differs from the novel to the manga and I prefer the manga. She is now “Isabella Ali Rottenstein”, third daughter of the Duke, a 6 year old villainous noble Roserealian girl from the otome game “Love☆Magical”. Now that she is here she can peruse her True Love, the side character that ran the in game shop.

Roserealina is a little OP, and the antics she gets up to because of this are hilarious.

Not to worry, the love interest is no slouch and has his own secrets.

"The Villainess Wants to Marry a Commoner!!" is such a cute short series where the reincarnated villainess wants to marry a (yandere) merchant in the making. It's more of a turn-your-brain-off series where it's mostly just cute antics.

Isabella has loved Ursch even from her prior life- as the non-playable character merchant from her otome game. Ursch falls for Isabella at first sight, with her pure adoration directed towards him- he can't help that she became his "treasure". They're so young (6 years old I believe) and it truly does read as a first childhood crush (or playing marriage).
The way they communicate is so refreshing, while staying childish, they communicate rather bluntly - saying exactly what they mean. That being said, their love does read very shallow (mostly because A. they're children and B. the story isn't really going for depth).

It's a cute short turn-your-brain-off comfort read ^^
