Great value boxset containing the first three books in the series.

#1 - Kiss of a Dragon - 3*

Lucian is the Dragon Prince of the House of Smoke who is trying to live with the implications of a ten-thousand-year-old treaty that says that if he does not spawn a dragonling before the end of his 500th year, he (and the treaty) will die. Although he is a triplet, he is the eldest by a hair's breadth but he cannot face the horror after the failure the last time he tried. Lawyer Arabella was saved from death in a dark Seattle alley by an incredibly beautiful man who arrived on golden wings. Having been taken to his lair her eyes are not open to the existence of immortals. He says he will only set her free if she finds him a mate, but in fact, they both need each other and they can only succeed if they find a love between them that is True.

This was a lovely story even though some of it was filled with Lucian feeling huge amounts of self-pity and avoiding the truth that was right in front of himself. I loved the way that they helped each other through various problems and the way they actually listened to each other. This story had a lot of promise and almost lived up to it but in the end, failed to quite make it. Enjoyable but I felt very frustrated through much of the story. Contains explicit sexual content.

Heart of a Dragon - 3*

Lucian is the Dragon Prince of the House of Smoke and needs to spawn a dragonling to uphold an age-old treaty and extend his own life. However, he is still in the dilemma of loving Arabella and yet not being able to be the cause of her death. Can he find another woman to love him and have his child or is he doomed to die and break the treaty?

This was an extension of the first book in the series and sees it continue the story of Lucian and Arabella. I loved the way that the whole family became involved and how they all managed to get him to see sense. However, I was irritated that this story is being continued into yet another book. Yes, I want to know how it finishes but I am not prepared to buy the third book to find out how it all ends - not when many other authors/series cover this in just the one book. So yes it was well written, but I was irritated with the self-pity and the attitude that Lucian had. In the end, I almost felt like shouting in frustration. Contains explicit sexual content.

#3 - Fire of a Dragon - 4*

Lucien is the Dragon Prince of the House of Smoke and needs to spawn a dragonling to uphold a treaty to keep the mortal world safe from the Dark Fae. He is mated to human Arabella and she is now expecting a dragonling. As they wait for the impending birth (which is much faster than a human) there is a succession of gifts for the expected child. However, nothing is simple in their part of the world - can Arabella give birth safely to this much-loved child?

This was a fairly simplistic story in that it featured a lot of explicit sexual content between Lucien and Arabella, some information on the pregnancy and birth, some complications and a surprise at the end. Well written and easy to read, this was the final part of the story of Lucien and Arabella.

One super hot dragon you just can't wait to meet.

OMG! I want to smack the author for leaving me hanging and squeeze her tight for writing such a great book. This book had me seriously hooked until I finished reading it. Truthfully, I have not read a bad story from this author. Having read her Wild series I should have known better that this Fallen Immortals would be just as great.

Her characters have interesting, intriguing, smart-as, hateful, arrogant and committed sometimes but you do want to punch them out. Alisa gives you a background to work with when reading her stories so that you are not disappointed or left questioning why something happened.


Heart
Ms. Woods has done it again with Lucian and Arabella. By giving us more of their story we keep coming back for more and this book is no exception.

Lucian and Arabella will require the test of fate because one moment of doubt can and will spell disaster for this couple. How do to people with trust issues get past this hurdle? Arabella has never know true love or trust in the rough growing up she experienced. Lucian has known a parents love and adult love but it was that love that was destroyed and his faith shattered.

Ms. Wilson keep on weaving this story to completion and I will continue to read it. Good work.

Fire
Love this series. Once I started this book I just had to finish it, then I want the next in the series quickly. Oh but Alisa makes me wait....pouting. This series is worth reading. Arabella and Lucian reel you in and don't let go.

Kiss of a Dragon
Lucien is such a sad character, he's stuck in the past but faced with a deadly future. Arabella is a spitfire and just what Lucien needs, she just won't admit it. Time is not on their side for a slow romance. There are other dangers waiting in the wings. Want to read the next one.

Heart of a Dragon
Oh for misplaced guilt. Such is Lucian's tale. This story is frustratingly wonderful. Arabella puts up with so much is this tale you can't help but be a little mad at Lucian. The family is so behind these two coming together. Sweet read and I can't wait for the next one.

Fire of a Dragon
The continuing Love story of Arabella & Lucian could not get any hotter. Just when you think our lovers get a break and can relax into their pending parenthood BAAM! they have to fight again. Fast paced and full of action this tale keeps you gripped right up until the shock of an ending. I can't wait to read the next one.

Good stories but the endless sexathon in the series was needless and brought the story down big time. Why can't authors just write a story? Why must books always seem to end up 30-40 % actual story to 60-70% just sex? It's sad and pathetic. I like a good sex scene or 2 but when that is all you can manage to have your characters do it's just sad. I want you to tell me a story !!! That's what I buy books for !!! If I want sex I'll just go have some or watch porn.

I want to read about the angels but not if they are just sex and more sex also. Don't know if I'll bother to even get them and see. I really liked the characters and would have loved to have gotten to know them more if only........

I highly recommend this set. I have read all the books in the series and love how powerful these dragon shifter brothers are and how protective they are of the people they love.

Lucian and Arabella have to overcome a lot to be together. They both have strong reasons to avoid love but can't seem to resist each other. I really love how the author takes some much time to develop their relationship and you really feel their connection. There is a lot of action in the story too.

Arabella has had a lot of pain in her past. She tries to help other women who are in need thru her law practice. She is not making a lot of money but she is doing what she feels is best.

Lucian is a dragon shifter and saves Arabella from a demon. He needs an heir badly and hopes he can get her to agree. The problem is he is afraid of what might happen if she agrees. He has had to deal with losses over the centuries that haunt him.

Lucian is a very conflicted character. He wants her yet he wants to keep distance. He tries hard to manipulate her into agreeing but Arabella is not the kind to respond to that so easily. She is tough and smart and trying to protect herself from pain as well.

If you enjoy the story, please do read the other books featuring his brothers finding their mates and overcoming the incredible odds against them.

Kiss of a Dragon

Kiss of a Dragon is the first book in the Fallen Immortals series and this was just a great way to start off a new series. This is the first book that I’ve read by this author and it definitely won’t be the last. I just had so much fun getting to enter this new world and meet these amazing characters. I can’t wait to read the next book in this series.

Heart of a Dragon

Heart of a Dragon is the second book in the Fallen Immortals series and is the continuation of Lucian and Arabella story who we previously met in the first book in the series Kiss of a Dragon. I just loved getting to reenter this amazing world and see more of these wonderful characters. I just felt so much for them and everything they were going through and I just didn’t want this story to end. I can’t wait to read the next installment of their story.

Great introduction Fallen Immortals

The first three books make for a great intro to Alisa's Fallen Immortals world. We get to be introduced steadily to the races that reside therein. The pacing was fine. And the s-ex scenes we're almost as hot as the dragons themselves 😂. I love how Lucian does act his age (500 years old) and likewise Cinead. It's weird that Zephan seemed more immature despite being older (maybe second childhood) lol kidding. Age is just a number after all.

.I do like the heroine's spunk here. She's awesome 😎 although Arabella doesn't seem much like a modern name? Not that I mind. Sounds lovely.

Lots of twists and turns

I enjoyed this set of books. The story was not your normal paranormal romance. Dragons and Fae and humans all mixed together. An ancient treaty that has to renewed to protect humanity and can only be done by True Love.
Both main characters are well written and fight any and everything that could possibly be thrown at them. There are twists and turns I didn't always see coming which is one of the reasons I enjoyed it so much.

Can't wait for the continuation of the series.
Definitely a new take and thoroughly enjoyable.

Good stories.

I gave 4 stars because the stories are really good, I enjoyed the journey the characters went through. The journey of love, of fear, and the actions of those who love them, and of those who don't.
I could not give 5 stars because when I but a book, or even a free set of books like this set, I do not like cliffhangers!!!
I want a book with a beginning and an END!!!!
A complete book, not a soap opera that keeps going on and on to make you buy more books.
To me it is not acceptable.

I I state until the end of this 3 book tragedy. Why does it always seem these women are some kind of hero

This book was a hot mess. Yes I did read the book all 3 until the end but it's so many points I have to skip 1015 sometimes 20Pages just to get through all the frivel and fluff. Not all women are idiots. Not all women think that they can kick a dragons ass. I'm this make some of this believable I am so sick and tired of reading books that are just ridiculous and make women seem like the absolute idiots whenever comes the magical round. Do better

Sizzling Dragons Box Set 1 - 3

Great paranormal story about a royal dragon family with far blood. They have to be True Mated to bear a child heir for the court and to preserve a 10,000 year treaty protecting the House of Smoke and humanity. These first books are about the Crown Prince Lucian but his mating and dragonling are only the start of meeting the treaty. Lucian is one of a set of triplets, now his brothers, Leonidas and Laksander must also accomplishment for the terms of the treaty to be met.

Good

This box set had it all, hot and steamy love scenes and suspense. That is what makes a good story. It also helps when a story isn't full of errors, thank you for that. Though this is also a pet peeve of mine. A whole story put into 1 book. Who is it that wants to drag out a story in 3 books? Is it the authors or the editors? I don't know but I hate when anyone does it. A box set should be about different characters from the first book. I don't get why that is so hard to understand. Thank you though, I did enjoy this.

True love put to the test

What an awesome tale and what a cliffhanger!!!
The treaty that protects humankind from the far must be renewed every 500 years by a true love pairing between the oldest living heir to the throne of the house of smoke (Dragons) and a human woman resulting in the birth of a son. Lucian has lost one mate and son previously as her love was not True, dare he try again?

I am thankful that I discovered free kindle days, and was able to get this box set! I really enjoyed Lucian and Arabella’s story. I will say though, there were a lot of typos that took me away from staying fully engaged. There’s also a lot of sex scenes.. some added to the story, some just seemed unnecessary.
Overall a good story, that kept me interested. I’m looking forward to reading about the other brothers stories, I just hope there isn’t as many typos.

Exciting with lots of action

This set of the first three books in the series entertaining, well written and enjoyable to read. Even though it conclude the two main characters the story continues. So it has an HEA as well as a HFN to the series.
Dragons, Fae, demons and several other supernatural are all part of this story and series.

Should have spaced the reading of this series

Although I have read other books from this author, I should have spaced the reading of this series. Book one was good bit then even the sex scenes became mennotonis. I have already purchased book 4 but I will be holding off reading it. I lost interest in the storyline and the main charcters.

This is a three book series following the Crown Prince Lucian and his mate Arabella. He is a dragon shifter and she is a lawyer. Together they have to prove that their love for each other is True. They fight for each other and in the end end up with each other. But now he has to get his brothers mated as well.

This was an amazing adventure into dragons, fae, and the immortal realm. It has the true love and the magic that it creates. The fights, kidnapping, rescues, and more love and friendship. Can't wait to start the next boxed set. Must read and must be 18+

A thrilling an exciting tale of dragons, as well as other paranormal beings.... I liked all the twists and turns as much as i liked all the characters in these three novels. These novels are packed with not only danger, but love, steamy moments and heart wrenching scenes. Hope i get to read more, as this series does leave you with a cliff hanger of sorts...

True love for her dragon

What an outstanding series of books filled with beautiful women and their handsome dragon shifters. These three books deal with the first Dragon Prince Lucian and the human woman Arabella and the love that they share even if he is reluctant to admit it. I thoroughly recommend this series of books to any reader who enjoys great romantic shifter tales.

The storylines were brilliant, the books had action and drama and it was really well developed and the writing style was perfect – they were romantic and sexy!

This was a DNF. There was nothing horribly wrong with the story. It was like the angst was drawn out so much to make this into more than 1 book. By book 2 when they had still not worked through it, I gave up. And if it had been super “sizzling” I might have hung on longer, but it was just okay.

great but maddening

This was a great read! Women survivors of abuse and turning it into a great deed to save other women! Hot good looking dragons protecting humans! A dragon coming into a human protection but found something else that he was scared to! They survived only….. the fae in these books are maddening and the ending!

Everything you want in a paranormal romance!!!

2.5 stars. Each book of this trilogy has a cliffhanger ending, grrrr. This could have been condensed into one book, less forced drama with deeper relationships. Not planning to read the rest of the series due to this.

The first three novel were a great start. Yes, it did end in a cliffhanger twist . An yes you we'll have to purchase the next box set to feel satisfied with the storyline. Fallen immortal is worthy of continuing the series.
