A very strong read that approaches the story from the POV of the husband, the wife and the bf. GT Michaels provides insight into the mind set of all 3 characters as they explore the nuance of the relationship which culminates in a full cuckold experience.

I liked the character development and devotion to detail. The usage of the best friend to convey the more sinister aspects of the relationship deterioration was a creative mechanism to allow the wife to be innocent. GT Michael's focus on plot and character creation are strong.

GT Michael is a great author. While I enjoyed the book, I was particularly aroused by a few scenes in which explicit detail was used. I strongly recommend that GT focus on detail and character structure as he writes more because he has a unique gift that he can share. I enjoyed the book and look forward to reading more from him.

I am embarrassed to say that once i started reading the book I found it very hard to put down. Although I had to occasionally for pressing events.

The switching perspectives of the cuck and BF, perverted curiosity & angst of the cuck, secret recording of the wife’s true feelings, the cuck’s desperation to save his marriage, the bull’s domination of the couple, and descriptive realistic settings made this work for me.

This is a story of "be careful what you wish for," both for the cuckold and, in this case, the reader. I like to read stories in which a wife has a regular lover, and her husband is OK with that. This story takes that arrangement to an extreme.

Stephanie has gone to live with her lover, David, and in order to see her, husband Joel agrees to go live with them. (The story starts at that point; the backstory is filled in as it goes along.) Stephanie and David are the primary couple of the household, and Joel is treated as a houseguest.

There's not a lot of sex by the standards of most hotwife/cuckold erotica. It's more of an emotional story. (The story is told from the points of view of Joel and David.) Joel is humiliated in various ways by Stephanie and David and also by and in front of third persons, such as Stephanie's friend Whitney.

For those who love complex cuckold stories, this book is a must read. It's got a strong alpha bull, a wife who really gets into the concept of cucking her hubby, and a husband who spirals ever downward into his submission.

I did like showing both points of view - the cuck and the bull. It's helped humanize the alpha, something that's rarely done.

My only real complaint is how the book started. From page one, the wife is living with her boyfriend, the bull. She's enjoying an amazing sex life. Unfortunately, that means we never really get to see her as a loving wife. I never once believed she really loved her husband, and that does take away some of my enjoyment of the story.

AS for the ending. I think Hitting the Curve, could have used an ending like Nicole Likes This. Would have been totally believable.

I like this author and plan to read a few more of their books.

This is a hotwife novel that clearly is a case of be careful what you wish for. Husband Joel tells his wife Stephanie about his fantasy of seeing her with another man. She's reluctant but eventually meet's a guy. David, who she knew from high school and they hit it off. The rest of the story follows where it evolves from there. There is plenty of angst on Joels part and Bull development from David but in an unorthodox way, a satisfactory ending for all three main characters. Told in alternating chapters from Joel and David and well written.

I really really liked this one. The humbling of Joel by both Stephanie and David was exceptional. Things weren't at all the way Joel thought they would be but as they say. "Be careful what you wish for" I like stories where the cuckold is put in his place so this one was right up my ally. The addition of the BFF was a nice touch as well.

Kathy has already done a very good synopsis of this book on here so I won't repeat it.

Where I would differ from Kathy is that I felt that the cuckold suffered a lot of humiliation, which is not a bad thing, either works. This was directed more so from the wife than the bull who was overall a much more laid back, nice guy character than your average fictional bull.

The story jumps around a little bit for me in the second half and felt a little rushed but overall it was an engagingly erotic cuckold/hot wife story

I’m torn on this book. Similar to “Nicole Likes This: ...” I kinda liked this book, but in the end was unsatisfied because of the many gaps.

The “kinda” liked this book was based on the unique timeline of the book; it almost all takes place while cuckoldress Stephanie is living with “boyfriend” David. Although the book says Stephanie would initially come home and ramp up husband Joel with stories of exploits with David, he never saw them, and she was mostly out of communication with Joel once she moved in with David. Other than hearing through the walls, Joel didn’t get to hear or see anything once Joel moved in with David and Stephanie, other than an accidental encounter and one close to the end.

I found the sex pretty perfunctory. We didn’t really hear what Stephanie was thinking; mostly she “didn’t know”. We maybe got some insight from Stephanie’s BFF Whitney, but she was such a b*t*h to Joel, I wasn’t sure we were getting the full story. And the final solution didn’t ring true for me - David had Stephanie 24/7 for 2 months and just gave that up? And what will Stephanie think if David decides he wants more from someone else?

On the flip side, the story is well written with few typos. Having David and Joel’s POV was interesting. The unique timeline was different.

There were multiple good servings of humiliation for Joel. In the end, other than he loved Stephanie, he didn’t seem to have any strong points. I was surprised there wasn’t more of a reconnection after Stephanie’s “punishment/BDSM” event. There were so many good opportunities for solid character development and insight into the characters, but it never came. Even though David provides 1/2 the POVs, we never see what he’s really thinking about his relationship with Stephanie; he seems to be satisfied with free tail on the side. Is that really enough? How long will that last?

In the end, a well written story that could have been so much more. I’m still not certain this is a hotwife book. It’s probably a cuck/cuckoldress story, or perhaps polyamorous or consensual non-monogamy. It’s disappointing that a good author comes up with so many interesting ideas, but fails to take advantage of the many opportunities his story provides.
