Experiment Without Limits is your roadmap for achieving peak performance. Chris Sparks spent years working closely with peak performers to deconstruct what made them successful. Chris distilled these best practices into prompts that illuminate your biggest opportunities and outlined step-by-step experiments for installing those critical habits and systems. If you are ready to take action toward leading a more productive and fulfilling life, this workbook is for you. No matter the size of your ambitions, there is something inside which will help propel you to the next level.
This is extremely condensed advice to improve your quality of life, productivity-wise. It's super short and set like a workbook with checklists for every mentioned aspect. It will help you set meaningful goals and systems to work towards them while minimising negative behaviours. Not everything is applicable if you don't own a business, but most of it is. Again, very dense, you might have to go back to it after a while to check-in and take the next step. A kick of motivation, but don't let the momentum run out!
It summarises almost everything there is to know about productivity and peak performance and gives you a lot of templates and exercises to apply all those concepts.
I feel that being a manual-like book is extremely valuable for anyone who's willing to take action but maybe not so much for someone who wants a deep understanding of every topic.
I liked this book, I think it was quite practical but I found myself context switching trying to do personal experiments laid out in the book. Some awesome nuggets - just not the style I usually like to interact with.
