Renee is ready to leave her throne as New York’s drug queenpin, and she’s even picked her successor. Carmen is Renee’s long lost sister, but ties of blood are not as thick as they seem as Carmen not only wants Renee’s crown but also her lover Julian’s heart. But not everyone is on board with Renee’s retirement, nor do they trust Carmen. Will Renee really be able to fully leave the drug life and become normal?
An incredibly strong sequel to Renee: All Hail the Queen. Renee is back and great as ever. Watching her conflicted desires between maintaining the power she enjoys and wanting a normal life of happiness makes you wonder to yourself what you would do. The return of the cast of characters from the first book, and a few characters you didn’t think you’d see again, is welcomed as they are all unique and enjoyable. The first part of the book is full of tension that increasingly rises until the explosive second part with violence that will leave you speechless. Looking forward to the third book in the series.

Juicy! Crazy! Bosses Fah Real!
Renee is dead set on giving Carmen the keys to the kingdom; however, Dane is adamant about not bringing Carmen into the game. Metro takes Renee on a trip with the billionaire boys. Renee is schooled about how life is and what it could be like if she leaves the game oh a d much more. These men are something special. Meanwhile back in NYC Renee is going to leave the life and Carmen cannot wait. There are some stipulations and Carmen is not too happy about that. Benz has popped back up in Carmen’s life, Lincoln is falling in love and more skeletons are coming out, Julian is elated that Renee will leave the game but he still has not told Renee what happened in Jamaica. There is soo many demises and guess who rose from the dead? Jared! The twists and turns are unreal but I’m on my way to part 3!

LOVED IT
I really enjoyed reading this book. Renee is back and has made a decision that does not sit well with those who have groomed her into the woman she is. The book started off slow put it definitely picks up with endless drama and secrets. Carmen is so envious and jealous of Renee that she has no clue what it takes to be a boss. Her one sided view of things is what leads to the downfall of those she has pulled into her web. Carmen needs to be dealt with but that bombshell she dropped for Renee to see has me wondering what will happen now. Will Jared get away? And what happens to the twins now that their deceit has been revealed. Twist, turns, deceit, lies and backstabbing is what you get when reading this book. Highly recommend reading

Page turner
Another great read by this author. Dane, Renee are something serious. Can’t wait to see what is in store in part 3. Definitely a page turner.
